The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! Tolle Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr einfacher und schneller Weg nach Manhattan, wunderschöner Blick auf die Skyline von New York, sehr nette Kommunikation mit Peter und sehr leckere frische Bagel im Tigermarket an der Tankstelle. Wir waren eine Familie mit 5 Personen und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Dass es 2 Treppen zur Wohnung sind, hat uns nicht gestört. Ich finde es eher super, dass die Wohnung ganz oben ist und daher niemand über einem herumläuft.

After working til 1045p, my exhaust instantly shifted as soon as I checked in, the entry way is the living room absolutely breathtaking the windows and doors & the serene Hudson ahead is excellent & the room extremely comfy immersed in cozy & organized the hosts were as well every bit of organized efficient encouraging detailed and kind in Word & each thought & the @ home comfort reverberated through each moment and evening the hosts were every bit of encouraging friendly and detailed in Word thought action effort, & when I couldn’t book @ 1st Val explained cociseky and effectively Thank you !

The house was perfect for our family to stay at while we were in town from Texas for a track meet. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We were able to get to New York/Manhattan area very easily and also able to get to Staten Island quick and easily. Hasan was also very kind and responsive.

I was looking for a comfortable and quiet place to rest after a surgical procedure. The apparment offered exactly that. It was cozy, extremely clean, welcoming, and I expressly appreciate that it had everything we could possibly need, up to a couple of spare toothbrushes. Added to this, every morning of the week we spent there, we received a nice greeting note from Nikerlange or Clark asking if everything was ok. I will definitely save this place in my preferred list for my next visit in the region. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

Welcoming and responsive

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s lake house, so much so that we extended our trip. It the perfect cozy, warm cabin that we were hoping for. It was so nice sitting by the lake and watching the day go by

We had a lovely stay. Olga really cares about her guests' comfort. The setting is beautiful and feels secluded, even though the house is minutes from markets and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable. We were there in winter, so we didn't use the pool, but did have some sweet encounters with the resident geese and swan.

Had a great stay with a group of friends! Large common areas and lots of games provided. Yariv was a proactive communicator and was very interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Recommend for a larger group or family!

Really nice place to stay at. We came for a couple concerts at the Starland Ballroom. And it was just a cheap $12 Uber away. The place was nice and spacious, with lots of beds. Our dog loved the backyard area and even took a dip in the river. I definitely recommend this rental and will be back if we find ourselves wanting to go to the Starland Ballroom again!

Very happy with the experience. There are stairs to get to the house but the house is as advertised and the owner was considerate and communicated well. We would return.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Great location for a short stay in NYC. Lots of things to do in the area. Easy access to underground and other transportation

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We were given a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Hector gave us a short tour of the place, and also offered some really good food recommendations! We absolutely loved our stay at AJs! The location was phenomenal, had all the joys of a small town and just across the street from the bus stop that takes you to New York. The place was clean with all the basics. my only wish was that there was an extra blanket to use in the living room.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
