What a peaceful retreat! This place has spectacular views and all the comforts of home. Motorcycle is the only way to get to the home so be prepared for a bit of an adventure on some small trails. Highly recommend renting a scooter and exploring the beautiful island. If you are looking for “off the beaten path” this place is perfect.

I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

The home was as described. Host was very helpful in arranging transposition for all of us. The home has a really nice view, and pairs well with the pool. It does has a step walk to get to the home but wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Thanks for everything!

Nic's place was perfect in a pinch. Located near food and conveniences and close to the vibrant beach strip. Nic and his team were friendly and responsive hosts who made it easy.

Very responsive caretaker Elena and the others that took care of the place (my apologies for not getting your names!) were amazing. Helped us out with our laundry. Tidied up the place while we were gone. And gave us good instructions and advice on things to do around Borocay. The free shuttle was a nice added feature as this place isn’t close to the main tourist areas. The Diniwid beach is beautiful - 200 steps down and then a 5 min walk down a local street. Diniwid is not as busy as White Beach (but also not as many nice restaurants and no market), it has a volleyball net. Balinghai is also a short 7 min walk down a local road. It is also quiet and beautiful but more rocky. The water and electricity charges worked out to about 350 php a day. So very reasonable. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay. Accommodating and friendly staff— they provided additional requests like bbq grill, additional fan and 5 gal water for our group. Rooms were exactly how it looked like from listing photos. Quick access to beach front.

Had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I liked being away from the crowds at the beach while still being able make the easy walk over. Although the building is pretty sound proof, I could hear every footstep from the apartment above. That would be my only concern.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

I was very satisfied with our stay. The whole area was very clean, we like the amenities, furnitures & appliances. The caretaker was also very friendly. Our overall stay was great!

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and spacious—perfect for three people. The aircon is soooo cold, and the hot shower works perfectly. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to D’Mall—and very affordable for what you get. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. Even my friend who was booked at Henann Crystal said my view was better! The guard is friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. The owner, Petri, was very accommodating and even allowed me to have a guest inside the unit. Highly recommend this place!

An absolute gem! We stayed here for the last leg of our Boracay trip and we wish we stayed here for our whole stay instead of a hotel to start up with. From check in to check out Irene and their staff are all so helpful, if we needed anything or have any questions they’re always there to help. It is a bit hilly but it’s not that bad to be honest. The villa is about a 10 minute walked to diniwid beach which is I believe the best beach in Boracay so that’s a massive bonus! All in all we love this accommodation and our daughters loved the pool as well. On our last night Irene gifted us some cakes which is really nice and unexpected. We will definitely come back here in a couple of years when we come back to Boracay for sure!

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

This is our second time staying here. Great location just a very short walk to the beach. Great water views from the balcony, comfortable bed, everything as pictured and described, value for money. Friendly, responsive host. Will definitely return.

My stay at Michelle's property was exceptional. The unit was fully equipped, including kitchenware, an espresso machine, and a convenient automatic washing machine. While a microwave would have been a welcome addition, the available oven adequately compensated. The thoughtful layout, cleanliness, and homey atmosphere created a truly comfortable experience. This property has become my Boracay home away from home, and I eagerly anticipate returning. Michelle's responsiveness to inquiries and helpful local recommendations were greatly appreciated. Ate Ludily's warm assistance further enhanced our stay. I look forward to booking again soon.

Wonderful place to stay if you want to feel and live like a local rather than a tourist. Diniwid beach is the best beach on the island for swimming and snorkeling and away from the crowds with good restaurant options. The stairs up to the house are steeper than we expected and may be difficult for some people. They did deter us from going out at times. Jungle noises can be loud at night. House is completely open but screens keep mosquitoes out. We never got bit in the house. I was concerned about no ac but fans were adequate in keeping the house cool at night. Bed is super comfy. Loved having a kitchen. Dennis and Sharon were great and kept the house tidy with fresh towels and linens and drinking water.
