Accommodation is clean, complete, and very near to Diniwid and Station 1. Super sulit and great value for the money. Malaking plus na may functional kitchen so super goods para sa mga traveling with family or group of friends. Would definitely stay again in the future.

A very pleasant time spending at Ben’s place. Located in a Peaceful area unlike in stations 1-3. Had a smooth transaction, friendly staff in the building. Complete kitchen needs from cooking pan to microwave and etc. We planned on extending our stay, unfortunately it was already booked on our last day. Transport service is easy as well as there is shuttle bus every hour until 10pm. Also, Kudos to Ben for a quick response. Oh, I love the beach near the place, just 10 minutes and you'll see the paradise.

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

It was a nice stay. If it has a flaw, maybe that it’s far from the center, and the sink in the bathroom isnt working that well. But overall, it has nice view, lots of activities in the hotel, really relaxing infinity pool and jacuzzi. I loved the stay! Kuya July has been helpful and friendly :)

Ben and Philip were amazing. Ben place is super clean and has 2 aircon in both rooms. I loved a bathroom and the shower. We haven't cooked food but i can assure you, you'll have all you need including large fridge. Free shuttle bus to the beach and back. Price for this amazing place is below what is really worth. Thanks guys!

Highly recommended and very affordable. Place is good for family or barkada na gusto mag tipid kasi kumpleto ang lutuan and maraming small market na pwedeng mabilhan ng lulutuin. Also sobrang lapit lng sa Beach and pwede din lakarin lang papuntang Station 1 and last ang bait ng host and caretaker.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Wow this apartment was absolutely stunning!! If you’re staying in Boracay then don’t hesitate to book this. We stayed here for 6 nights and couldn’t fault it. Has everything you need in the kitchen, very modern, super comfortable beds/pillows, quiet, great aircon, huge tv, big shower and fantastic location to get around - very central. Chen was very responsive, always helpful, easy check in with very polite staff and a fantastic price. If we return to Boracay, this is definitely where we’ll stay. Thank you again!!!

3박동안 머물렀습니다 4번째보라카이고 올때마다 페어웨이에 투숙했습니다 이번에는 원하는 동으로 배정받을수는 없었지만 저렴한 가격에 투숙할수 있어서 좋았어요 조식은 550페소 추가금으로 먹을수 있었다

One of the best organized places I have stayed using Airbnb. I can not say enough good about the area or the beauty and peaceful surroundings. A beautiful unit, with just the right amount of furnishings. The kitchen had everything except for a drip coffeemaker. I had no problem to cook anything. The washing machine was a BIG plus too, what a joy to come home from the beach and do some laundry. One note however is the island does suffer from brownouts. There were 2 during my 3 night stay. The unit is on it's own private generator, which they can turn on to restore the power. If you were using a CPAP machine for example, this may be an issue. May I please say this is a really beautiful unit, building, and setting to stay and get away from the masses of crowds in Boracay. I would return again the next time I travel to Boracay. This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

The apartment is clean, cozy, and bright, with a pleasant scent and well-thought-out storage spaces. It was quiet inside, ensuring a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and provided us with lots of useful information about getting around the island, which made our trip much easier. Our stay here was perfect, and we would gladly come back again!
