We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat, and Cody’s place was perfect. It’s recently renovated, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s also right in town, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for two people, and dogs are also allowed, though we didn’t end up bringing ours. Thanks to Cody for making this great stay!

We had a great family trip staying here. Hosts were very responsive and allowed for an early check in. Highlights included the open living room, steam shower and beautiful views. Only a 4 min drive to the base and very centrally located to everything. Would highly recommend

Tom was a great host- very friendly and responsive. He takes great care to ensure folks have a good stay. The house was perfect- clean, comfortable and in an absolutely adorable neighborhood. So glad we stayed, and we’ll be back again!

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

Beautiful place, well maintained and updated. Sometimes descriptions exaggerate location, especially in a ski town. The proximity of this place to the resort is legit. So close to the gondola, and two hot tubs right out the front door. If you're skiing, it doesn't get any better than that. The place is spacious and comfortable. The second bed in the guest room is smallish, totally fine for a kid or teen but wouldn't recommend for an adult. But the master bedroom is amazing and the guest queen bed and living room sofa sleeper are very comfortable. Jana was a great host and has clearly spent a lot of time making instructions very clear, both in the app here and inside the condo. I appreciate clear and thoughtful instructions around the space. If you're skiing Steamboat, it doesn't get any better than this, and that's coming from someone who's been booking AirBnBs every year there for spring break for 10 years.

Absolutely fantastic time staying here! Super clean, spacious for two and such a cute place. Easy to walk to the mountain every morning without needing to use the shuttle, and the restaurants, shops, Walmart/groceries, etc. downtown was a very short drive. Loved the fireplace and the gorgeous mountain views where we sipped on some morning coffee and watched the early evening sun glow after skiing. It was also pretty quiet for being so close to the mountain. Parking space, bathroom amenities and kitchen stockings were really nice to have - honestly couldn’t say enough great things about Dana and her place. She was super responsive to giving recommendations, detailed instructions when checking in and was extremely quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again!

This place is a 10/10. It is extremely close to the slopes and can be accessed via a green trail therefore is skiable for all levels. It is very close to TBar which is a very fun spot to apres ski and easily walkable to all things at the ski base. We had no issues getting Ubers into town from this spot. There is an elevator if you want to avoid the stairs. In terms of location, you cannot get better in my opinion. The house itself was very well updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked shockingly well (the best rental knives we’ve ever used) and made post-ski dinners easy to make. The TV is large and there was plenty of comfy seating for watching March Maddness. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The hot tub is very close and can be seem from the balcony. The hosts were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this spot to any friend group or family looking to explore the Steamboat slopes. I will definitely book this spot again.

Cathie was very easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. The view from the little patio was so beautiful, so close to the gondola and a 10 minute drive to everything downtown. We didn’t use the shuttle but saw it stop down the street. Were nervous about Ubers/lyfts in the area but were lucky and didn’t have any issues. When we woke up with a flat tire right before check out, and Cathie was flexible with our exit time which we were so appreciative of! Overall great stay in Steamboat Springs 😊

Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

Our family had an amazing stay. The unit was clean, cozy and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The condo was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. The location could not be beat! Tucked away yet centrally located, steps from the mountain base and restaurants. We had an on call shuttle that would take us to the grocery store, downtown, etc which is so convenient! We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings next to the fireplace. Kim was such a fabulous host. We’ve been traveling to Steamboat for 11 years and this has been our favorite property thus far. We hope to return next year!

Had a great stay here while skiing at Steamboat! This location has incredible views of the mountain and base. Showers and kitchen were nice as well. Condo felt clean. Unfortunately, the assigned ski locker was jammed and would not open, but not a big deal since you’re steps away from the slopes. Ski in/out was solid even though it had been hot out for a few days before we arrived. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations!! Very comfortable for the 4 of us! Close to the gondola so you can walk to it and take a comfy break at lunchtime without spending time waiting for shuttles. Very quiet and could not hear neighbors at all. Highly recommend this condo. Julie is very accommodating with check in time and any other questions you might have.

Comfortable condo. Easy 10 minute walk up to Gondola. Location was kind of a process to get into town and back using the free buses. Easier to use Uber instead.

Great apartment for 2 doing a weekend ski trip or short stay in the summer. Small, but pictures were accurate to where there were no surprises, and it had everything you needed for a short trip and was close to the parking lots for skiing. Good value, clean apartment, nice location!

We had a wonderful stay at Eva’s place! We had two small children with us and sometimes felt bad that they are understandably a little loud. Sound travels pretty easy in the condo building but no one ever said anything to us. Just our own observation! Because we had small kids we had laundry so just make note that it is coin laundry. Otherwise it was amazing. We always had the fire pit and hot tub to ourselves. The unit was exactly what we needed and gave us plenty of space. Would absolutely stay here again!
