There is no doubt that this studio apartment in the heart of Charlotte is highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Laura’s for a night and we can’t wait to come back! The location is amazing, it is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and in walking distance to the excitement of uptown. The room was very clean and provided many amenities. Laura’s place is perfect for a weekend away in uptown Charlotte!

We loved our stay and Jeff was amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for our few days in town. Thank you for everything and providing such a wonderful place to call home for a few days!

Another wonderful stay in this peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and lovely space! We love staying here when we visit our son who relocated to Mooresville 5 years ago. The location is centrally located to anything we want to do while we are in town, and so close to our son’s apartment. Our visits become a vacation on the lake rather than just a family visit. This was a great find 5 years ago and we love coming back and seeing Rick & Judi each year. Couldn’t ask for a better location or nicer hosts. Their place has become so popular it is hard to get a reservation so be sure to book early!

Wow! What an amazing experience on Lake Norman. From taking the canoe out with our pups to roasting s’more’s by the campfire, there is so much to do without needing to leave the site. Lore was one of my favorite hosts I’ve ever met. She was kind, flexible and welcoming. We appreciated the details put into the interior and exterior of the space. We felt right at home. Being from the city we walked to downtown and ate at Barrell & Fork. It was also an awesome experience! Downtown Davidson a bit north also has a cute walkable downtown. Jetton Park is a short drive with an excellent big loop to walk your dogs. Hello Sailor is another gem on the water serving local oysters. We had the best time. Lore is amazing and I hope we will be able to return in the near future. Thank you! L & K

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

House was well decorated, clean and made us feel right at home. The provided cleaning products/tools and appliances made our 2+ week stay much nicer! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and taking the kayaks out. Great neighborhood. Private and peaceful. Amy was fantastic!

The house was absolutely amazing. The dock was so nice to sit on after a long day of work. We had a resident blue herring that would greet us every morning and every evening. It was private and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots and pans, and bakeware. It was so easy to prepare a meal. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs to get away and feel at home.

Great stay! Host was very easy to get along with and the house was just as pictured. We will be returning this summer to enjoy the lake!

We loved Paradise Place! The house was clean and welcoming, very spacious. It was one of the best stocked houses we have rented. The lake front property was beautiful. The location was perfect everything you need was just a few miles away. Also, close to other towns for shopping and dining. Kathy was so helpful and quick to respond to any needs you may have. We will be back!

The house worked perfectly for a small local corporate retreat! Beautiful, clean and quiet!! Would highly recommend!

Caroline was great .. we came from western NC after the hurricane.. we had limited ability to contact and she responded right away and followed up via text when we arrived .. we received power earlier than we thought and she credited the remainder of our stay . House is perfect for two or small family .. backyard is relaxing with a dock to sit out on and the neighborhood is nice .. beautiful walking track directly across from the house… location location location and a super accommodating host

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.
