Everything in the house is so pretty and clean. For the people who travel with the public transportation, the location is nice for either getting to Giethoorn center or to Steenwijk train station. You can borrow the bicycle and the canoe anytime, which are worthy to be used to explore the area nearby. Besides, Rosetta is a friendly and thoughtful host, she also made really great Italian dishes and breakfast!

Sehr netter Empfang! Corine hat mich sehr warm empfangen und mir alles gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön hergerichtet und geräumig. Die Dusche und das WC ist auf dem Gang und man teilt es sich mit der Inhaberin. Es wurden mir auch Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt und es gibt ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Auch eine Mikrowelle und Teekocher. Das Frühstück ist im Wohnzimmer. Corine war sehr freundlich und hat mir ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet.

Awesome spot for an overnight solo traveler like me. A little walking required if taking public transit but it’s a comfy place and Rosetta provided plenty of delicious food for breakfast. Would come again.

Anfitriones muy amables. Buen desayuno y baño limpio. Tienen 5 gatos adorables que no molestan pero cuyo sanitario está en la cocina por lo que se siente olor. El precio nos pareció alto para ser una habitación con baño compartido.

wat een oase van rust na een dag drukte in het centrum. Heerlijk gegeten, ontbijt was in overdaad en de kamer perfect schoon. Het bed sliep heerlijk, zeker een aanrader!

Martin is een super aardige host. Gezellig en bracht ons weg naar het restaurant. Na terugkeer in de prachtige tuin gezeten. Na ontbijt weer vertrokken. Goede gesprekken en lekker relaxen.

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Localisation parfaite pour accéder au circuit d'Assen. Gîte propre et agréable.

We zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf. Communicatie verloopt vlot via chat. We vonden de ingang iets moelijker omdat het al donker was bij aankomst, maar gastvrouw stuurde duidelijke foto's door. De kamer was super, groot, luxueus en helemaal privé. Gebruik gemaakt van jacuzzi en e-fietsen. Ligging perfect in de rust en met fiets op 10 min van stadje. Met de auto hebben we Flevoland en Friesland ontdekt tijdens ons weekend. Ontbijt meer als in orde. Zeker een aanrader voor ons!

A fantastic night's rest before running in the national park. Iris is very kind and her breakfast gave me all I needed to get going in the morning.

Het Vaandel B&B is kleinschalige en is een ideale plek voor een ontspannen verblijf! Het zonnige terras is perfect om te ontspannen, terwijl de kamer super schoon en netjes is. Sonja is een vriendelijk en vrolijk gastvrouw, wat meteen een welkom gevoel geeft. Het bed is comfortabel, en het ontbijt is voldoende en gevarieerd, met genoeg lekkers om mee te nemen voor de lunch. Kortom, een perfect verblijf voor een nacht in Swifterbant.

Unsere Kinder waren zu einem Wettkampf vom Eisschnelllauf vor Ort. O-Ton unserer Kiddis. „Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Hans und seiner Frau. Die Unterkunft war super und das Frühstück wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter !“ Wir danken für die liebevolle Aufnahme. Björn Schlothauer

De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Accomodatie is prima en zeker voor een nachtje. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en super lekker. Voor ieder wat wils.

Mijn oma is enorm fijn geholpen door ontzettend lieve mensen. Prachtig plekje voor mijn oma om uit te rusten na een lange wandeltocht. Echt aan te raden en ontzettend bedankt👍
