Stella, Liguria : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso la casa di Valerio, situata in un luogo incantevole, con una vista spettacolare del Golfo di Rapallo. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale di paesaggi incantevoli, con una splendida piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive… pur mantenendo la possibilità di raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti! Un ringraziamento speciale va ai padroni di casa, Valerio e Michela, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili e a garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni aspetto. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza naturale e un’accoglienza davvero piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Cercavamo un posto tranquillo e carino dove trascorrere un fine settimana in armonia e lo abbiamo trovato! Ci siamo innamorati subito della casa di Claudia guardando la foto della camera con il letto fra le due finestre : dal vivo è ancora più spettacolare, come tutto il resto. La cura e la passione di Claudia si rispecchiano in ogni angolo della casa che è ricca di tanti piccoli dettagli veramente deliziosi. Inoltre Claudia è un’ host gentile ed attenta ai suoi ospiti; ha sempre risposto velocemente alle nostre richieste dandoci dei consigli sempre utili e precisi sia per visitare la zona sia per indicazioni relative ai ristoranti. “Il giardino di Claudia” è un luogo dove puoi rilassarti e … sentirti a casa! Ci piacerebbe tornarci nel periodo estivo per goderci appieno tutto lo spazio verde che c’è a disposizione. Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa di Cristina per 3 notti. Abbiamo fin da subito ricevuto istruzioni estremamente chiare e video esplicativo per il funzionamento dell’ idromassaggio. La casa -si vede anche dalle foto- è un sogno davvero. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. Ha una vista incredibile sul mare da ogni finestra della casa. C’ è un ampissima zona esterna dotata di idromassaggio riscaldato, barbecue, dondoli e sdraio. La proprietaria Cristina, causa minimi problemi con l’ acqua calda, ha voluto scusarsi facendo un omaggio a noi genitori, e un pensierino anche per la nostra bimba. Assolutamente non dovuto anche in considerazione del fatto che segnalato il problema, in 10 minuti al massimo si è mossa per risolvere il tutto. Una persona dunque davvero onesta e attenta con i suoi ospiti. L’ abitazione si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Andora. Attualmente non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi ma c è in costruzione una pista ciclabile proprio ai piedi dell’ alloggio.

Geweldige locatie, mooi huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Omgeving is prettig als je van wijn en Piemondse keuken houdt. Aanrader voor ons om weer te bezoeken. De host is in 1 woord, Geweldig!

Es war unser zweiter Besuch. Wir haben die schnellen Antworten auf Anfragen von uns sehr geschätzt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die netten Willkommen- und Abschiedsgesten.

Cristina's place was a little oasis with a giant yard, fruit trees, no shared walls with anyone, very quiet and peaceful. I stayed with my little dog who enjoyed the yard and sitting in the sun. The place is a little 2 story house with the bedroom and one bathroom upstairs and the living room, eat in kitchen (full size), 1/2 bathroom and washer downstairs. There is a smart TV for relaxing after a long day. It's a 9 minute walk down hill to the beginning of old town and shopping district. After a long day I would usually get a taxi back for about 10-11 euro, but I did walk back up a couple times and it was no problem. There is a really big Pam grocery store 3 minutes walk up from the house.

The anticipation was great and it was definitely worth it! Max and Olga are super friendly, charming, helpful and child-friendly people. The house has a very nice atmosphere, it was a lot of fun to explore everything. Everything was pleasant in the living area and all other rooms and the house is very refreshing and not hot. The view of the vineyards from the bathroom or from the terrace or by the pool is spectacular. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to recharge your batteries and unwind then you have come to the right place. The pool is a mega highlight and remains unforgettable. The kids had so much fun in the pool and are already missing the good times. We also really took the super cute dogs to our hearts. All in all, indescribably beautiful, we will definitely be back. The French would say jadore. Be sure to try the delicious wine!!! Very happy about this beautiful and unique place! You will love the hosts.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

I had an amazing stay at Eirik and Margaret’s place. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay (even a brush to wash out water bottles and Tupperware). It is located in a very convenient location - close proximity to the market and grocery stores, the sea and shops. Getting to the apartment was a breeze with their carefully detailed instructions. There are a lot of stairs but I knew this going in and it was no issue for me. The internet was great and the apartment itself very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the terrace. Eirik and Margareth were gracious hosts to share their home and helped me greatly when I did have questions. When I return to Sanremo, I won’t think twice about staying here again! Thank you Eirik & Margareth!

Wonderful Stay at a Clean and Spacious Airbnb We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean and spacious, making us feel comfortable right away. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help if needed. The location was great, with plenty of things to explore in the area. One of the highlights was the wine tasting experience at the winery of Renata. Such a fun activity, and the wine was absolutely delicious! Overall, a perfect place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stefans Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist unweit vom Zugbahnhof entfernt, um Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und andere schöne Orte zu unternehmen, wie nach Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino und Sestri Levante. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen klassischen Haus mit sehr vielen Treppenstufen. Sehr schöner Garten mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Minuspunkt, der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, wenn man viel Gepäck hat, muss man mehrfach laufen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte Stefano uns beim Gepäck tragen zum Glück geholfen. Restaurant Tipps haben wir für Recco und Camogli bekommen.

I recommend this place, it is perfectly situated and well equipped. The environnement is beautiful, you have the choice between nature and city trips, wine tasting and shopping. Additionnally, the flat has everything you need, like at home. The hosts are very welcoming and have lots of good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the surrounding.

I am absolutely delighted to have stayed at Ilaria's home. During this trip with my family, we had the chance to experience the breathtaking views of La Morra, the soothing sounds of birdsong, and, of course, indulge in its delicious food and wines. While La Morra itself is captivating, Sky and Vineyards also offers a spacious parking area, which was perfect for the car we rented to explore the surroundings. The stunning view from the balcony is just as mesmerizing from inside the house, thanks to its large windows. The interior is beautifully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Even for two couples, the house offers plenty of space and functionality, ensuring a comfortable stay. It was truly a wonderful experience for us. A big thank you for everything! And the Nocciola biscuits were such a thoughtful welcome gift.

Sceglierei questo posto come casa. L’appartamento è stato rinnovato di recente, rispettando il suo passato ma con tutte le comodità di oggi. La vista sul mare non ha bisogno di commenti. Tutti gli ambienti sono impeccabilmente puliti. Grace è estremamente disponibile e reattiva. La posizione è comoda per la stazione, il bus, il mare e il centro paese. Mi manca già essere là.

La casa di Emilio è un’oasi di bellezza unica nel suo genere immersa nel verde a pochi minuti dal mare, paesaggi mozzafiato e cura nei dettagli da parte di una persona gentile e disponibile, il giardino curato alla perfezione e le particolarità presenti al suo interno renderanno la vostra esperienza unica. Inutile dire che la vasca nella veranda dotata di ogni comfort è qualcosa di spettacolare. Spero di tornare presto. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Voto Diesci! 😎

Résidence calme et à proximité de toutes commodité, avec un box pour la voitures, petit bonus pour la piscine très peu fréquenté Un grand merci à notre hôte qui à été d’un gentillesse incroyable et nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter afin de rendre notre séjour parfait ! Davide welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival, and kindly took the time to give us a full tour of the property and help us understand some of its incredible history. The apartment is stunning and a world treasure, yet also somehow very comfortable and peaceful. We all slept and worked really well here. We loved the local bakery and walked everywhere - to the historic centre and even to Boccadasse. It was a wonderful trip and we'd like ve to come back one day! Grazie mille, Davide e Genova!

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Le logement est grand avec une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour. Le lit est confortable et propre. la vue est magnifique sur la mer. une place de parking privé,ça c'est vraiment hyper important en Italie ! un petit supermarché à deux pas ainsi qu'une patisserie,pizzeria et autres.... tout est à proximité. Andrea est réactif très bon séjour et très belle ville avec Gênes et La spezia à côté qu'on a adorer on recommande le logement Sygna et Damien

Ottima esperienza. Alloggio molto sopra le nostre aspettative perché molto più grande di quello che pensavo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione veramente ottima e comoda a tutto.
