Stellenbosch Central : locations de vacances avec piscine

Wir waren fast 8 Wochen in der Villa Stellendal und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt: Tommy hat uns herzlichst begrüßt, uns eingewiesen und täglich nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Auch unsere gute Fee Miriam hat stets für frische Wäsche, Blumen und Sauberkeit in unserem schönen Heim gesorgt. Die Villa ist gemütlich, es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Smart TV mit Netflix und der Pool sorgt für regelmäßige Erfrischungen und ein Jacuzzi für Entspannung. Die Villa ist uneinsehbar und somit sehr privat. Die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Für alle Wünsche und Fragen ist auch die Rezeption mit Anneke, Cindy und Hannah täglich besetzt und für alle Wünsche und Fragen offen und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es kleine Defizite oder Reparaturen gab, stand Tommy täglich zur Verfügung und hat schnell und unkompliziert die Mängel behoben. Es fiel uns sehr schwer good bye zu sagen, aber wir werden alle lieben Menschen im Oktobee 2025 wieder sehen.

Wir waren 6 Personen von 39-73 für 3 Wochen hier. Alles hat uns super gefallen! Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool und der Outdoorbereich war wie eine kleine Oase. Man war wirklich unter sich und von außen konnte keiner auf das Grundstück gucken. Die Nachbarschaft ist wirklich ruhig. Jeden Freitag kam Jane‘s Reinigungsteam um die Betten frisch zu beziehen, die Handtücher zu wechseln und richtig sauber zu machen. Das war großartig! Wir konnten in direkter Umgebung (5 Autominuten) alles kaufen was wir brauchen. (Pick n Pay, Woolworth, Food Lover’s, Spar). Zum Strand sind wir auch nur 7 Minuten gefahren und egal ob man zu einem Weingut oder in die Stadt wollte, man hat alles zwischen 25 - 50 Minuten Autominuten erreicht. Ich würde immer wieder kommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Jane war für mich immer erreichbar, auch als wir einen Lastabwurf hatten, hat sie uns alle notwendigen Infos gegeben und alles uns notwendige zur Verfügung gestellt! Tausend Dank!!!

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

We had a great stay at the place. A beautiful view on the table Mountain, perfect with the breakfast, and when it's too hot the swimming pool help to cool off. Also got some good recommendation about where to eat and swim.

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very comfortable and homely, not to mention centrally located to all the activities we planned. The property had everything we needed to feel relaxed. Darren was friendly, and easily contactable.

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

Elzanne‘s place was perfect for our family of three visiting Cape Town for 5 nights. Our 2 year old enjoyed playing with all the toys available, plus the trampoline and swing set outside. We enjoyed the bbq grill and eating dinner outside most nights with a view of the sunset and pool. The property is very quiet and beds very comfortable. There‘s a huge fridge and freezer and everything you need to cook meals. The house is also beautifully designed so it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Sehr stylisch, individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für einer große Familie. Lulu ( die nette Hilfe) hat sogar jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Tolle Wohngegend, man kann zu Fuß zum Weingut Lanzerac laufen, aber auch in die Innenstadt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end! Dominic was flexible with a late check in and accommodating when our flight arrived even later than expected. The home had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra touches that were available to us. Dominic was a great host and told us all about the area and areas of interest. Very family friendly accommodation with great activities in the complex and close by.

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. Maryna was an exceptional host —always easy to contact and so welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to experience your wonderful penthouse. We are so grateful for your hospitality and for creating such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!

Fantastic views and location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Joao checked us in and showed us everything. Dolly and Joao were in touch and friendly. Fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

The studio apartment was neat and met our needs perfectly. The gym provided enough equipment to remain active over our stay. The complex security was excellent and the parking was extremely safe. Highly recommend.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal bei Martina in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super für alle Unternehmungen rund um Kapstadt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir benötigen, inklusive der Wunderschönen Abendstimmung bei Sonnenuntergang, wenn man hineingeht und den Blick auf den Tafelberg hinter den Dünen, wenn man die Fensterfront öffnet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Rene and Amy went above and beyond to make this trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay, and were thankful for all the amenities. The view was absolutely stunning with the most breathtaking sunset and view of Table Mountain. We were not bothered by the nearby train or city life. Would recommend and would for sure stay again!

Die Unterkunft von Spencer und Ame ist wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch. Neben den gewöhnlichen Haushalts- und Küchenutensilien gibt es zu dem einen Barbecue Grill und einen Steinofen, den man auch für schöne gemeinsame Abende nutzen kann. Der Pool in Kombination mit dem Ausblick 10/10. Auch das Intro von Spencer war super. Durch ihn wussten wir wohin wir gehen können und seine Empfehlungen blieben zutreffend. Unterkunft: stylisch, modern und bestens ausgestattet Gastgeber: super freundlich und kommunikativ P.S. selbst als wir unser babyphone Display vergessen haben, haben ame und Spencer uns einen Uber Fahrer vorbei geschickt, der nochmal eine Stunde auf sich nahm, damit wir wieder die Station auch wieder nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für diesen Einsatz. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

This was our second stay at Mount Pleasant — and it won't be our last. The apartment has the best of it: a garden, beautiful pool, super nice interior in a gorgeous high ceiling old room, equipped with a kitchen which offers a young family the full self-catering including Braai. This whole package is gonna be rounded by a host and her crew, which is always helpful, very friendly and so welcoming to us, that I would tend to say — our stay was like visiting friends.

We loved everything about our stay in beautiful Constantia. Rose’s house is in a perfect location and tucked away at the end of a quiet road. The house is very spacious and the beautifully clean swimming pool was ideal for children. We hope to return and would highly recommend.

A fabulous property superbly kitted out. Super comfortable and a delight to stay in. Great local restaurants and every amenity possible in the house for nights in. We had a simply fantastic week.

We hadden een heerlijk relaxes verblijf in Pingus Residence met ons gezin. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Gillian. Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze hoopvolle verwachting. Lekker gesnorkeld, baboons gezien in Simonstown, pinquins bekeken en gebraaid op het terras. Mary and Thierry, thanks for using your lovely home!

Emma and Robert were wonderful hosts. They made check in easy, the apartment was full of small treats and little surprises and she was a super host! Location is great too and the privacy is perfect. The pool is lovely, even though it was raining most of the time. I'd definitely book with Emma and Robert again! Thank you for the lovely time in your harbour studio

Our family spent a wonderful week over Christmas in Mhairi’s home. The house was well appointed, spacious and perfectly located on the greenbelt and close to Constantia’s main attractions. The house itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Mhairi was a wonderful host - kindly accommodating our requests, ensuring we had a relaxing stay. We also have to mention the lovely Selinah and Prince who looked after us while we were there . It was certainly a holiday to remember and cannot recommend this property enough

One thing is for sure—if you’re visiting the Winelands and staying here, don’t overfill your itinerary. This is a place where you’ll want to slow down, soak in the beauty, and just enjoy the experience. Whether you’re lounging with a glass of wine, taking in the views, or simply appreciating the thoughtful design of the house, every moment here is special.
