Natalia is a fantastic super host. They welcomed us to the guest house with kindness. The room, the kitchen, and everything else were perfect. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much. ありがと〜〜〜！！！

It's a very cozy house. I had a great time staying here. The big bathtub in front of the window is a real game changer. The house itself is located near the ROOMS hotel, which has a spa, a restaurant with really nice food, and a table pool. Would consider staying here next time.

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

تمارا انسانه رائعه والبيت مريح وجميل وهاديء ونظيف يتوفر شطاف في كل الحمامات؛ غرفه ماستر بالدور الأرضي؛ وحمام إضافي ؛ و3 غرف بالدور الأول مع صاله وحمام ؛تحتاج لسياره خاصه حتى تتنقل في المنطقه وتستمع بالأنشطة؛ المنطقه جدا هادئة لايوجد خدمات حولها سيرا بالأقدام ولكن بالسياره نعم ؛؛ سألتها عن حليب وزبدة ومربى طازجه وبيض عضوي كانت سريعة الاستجابة أرسلت لنا مربى من صنع والدتها ؛كيس الفحم متوفر للشواء ولكن طلبنا خشب استيقظنا الصباح وجدنا الحطب جاهز😊 فعلا المنزل للراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن الصخب كانت إقامتنا 3 ليالي لم نخرج منها إلا مره واحده ذهبنا لرحله في المنطقه ؛؛ اللي معهم أطفال لازم سياره خاصه لانهم بيملون من جلوس البيت ؛؛ الحديقه جميله ؛؛ يوجد سجادة صلاة وفناجين قهوه عربيه وبعض البهارات وتتقبل اي ملاحظات واقتراحات ودائما تسأل عن إذا واجهتنا اي مشاكل او ملاحظات في البيت ؛؛ الواي فاي سريع ؛ لا أعتقد اني أستطيع حجز مكان آخر غير منزل تمارا بعد كل المزايا والراحه اللي حصلت عليها ؛ قامت بدعوة أطفالي لمنزلها حتى يلعبوا مع ابنها (دايڤيد) كانت تجربه لاتنسى ؛؛ وبالتوفيق والازدهار😊

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Perfect accommodation

The stay is in a separate little house, good for 2 people, but can be 4 as well. The hosts were super nice and kind, they let us check out later than scheduled. Inside the house we had everything, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap. The place itself is a bit cold but because I saw there was a heater, which we didn’t need since we didn’t stay in during the day time but at night they have very warm blankets and a very comfortable bed. The place is in a walkable distance from the Main Street and all the cafes. The view is super nice as well. In total, super cool, thanks to Andrei and his family 🙏🏻

We were 3 families, and we loved the place. The kids enjoyed the entire stay and felt like right at our own home... Excellent support from the host during the stay and they waited until late evening to receive us so that our checkin would be smooth. Snow was at the doorstep during 3rd week of December which kids loved, restaurants and other necessary amenities are so near to the place.

Nice and cozy place in Gudauri. Not right next to the gondola, but there’s a nearby chair lift and taxis are easy to get. Great location overall with restaurants and a Spar grocery store within walking distance. Smooth check-in and helpful host.

The apartment is clean and bright. There is everything you need inside. Nice view from the window. It is located far from noisy parties. The only drawback is that there is only one card, and it is needed for both the entrance to the apartment and the ski depot.

Our staying in this apartment was perfect. Nearby with lifts to the mountain. Ofc I’ll rent Tamta’s apartment again if I come to Gudauri

I had an great stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—just a short distance from the ski slopes, making it super convenient for a full day on the mountain. The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Amazing apartment in New Gudauri. Nicely designed having parquet floor (makes difference at winter), fully equipped kitchen, heavenly comfy bed and all of that like 5 minutes away from the lifts. I have been to 2 different similar apartments where my friends stayed and I should say La's apartment was way ahead. Also La was fast responding and supportive at all times.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Giorgi’s guest house had unobstructed views of the Trinity church and Mt Kazbeg (weather permitting), while still in walking distance to the town center. The hospitality was warm and friendly. Giorgi’s Mom served us delicious home made pancakes for breakfast on both days, while Giorgi arranged an eSIM for me, when I mentioned my roaming data was not working. Much appreciated! Overall, we had a great stay with a very welcome hosts that gave a personal touch.

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment with everything you need, including wine opener, tea and coffee. Beautiful view in the morning when the first sunshine arise. Warm, clean room and nice board games!

Gio's place is conveniently located. offers great views. it was overlooking the snow covered mountain. we just spent one evening just looking at the mountains. got all you need to cook your meal. Gio had kept some basic spices too. walkable to cable car. absolute value for money. highly recommended 👌

Great apartment 3 min walking distance from the lift, and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would strongly recommend!
