My family and I had a wonderful stay at Nina's apartment in Gudauri! The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly located near the slopes. The mountain views from the patio were absolutely stunning. Reliable Wi-Fi and a well equipped kitchen made our stay even more comfortable. Nina was an amazing host-responsive, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gudauri and would definitely stay here again!

Nino was very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very comfortable, quite and great location. 3 minutes walk to main Gondola. Highly recommended. Will come back again.

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room to relax. The location is perfect—just a short distance to the slope and the ski lift, making it super convenient for skiing in Gudauri. 🔥 The place is very clean and cozy, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere and feels like home. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby, which is a great bonus. Highly recommend!❤️

Great place! Right over the bridge 3.5 minute walk to the gondola. The exit to the bridge is on the same level as the apt and the ski storage!!! Highly recommend! Eveokia was extremely responsive. I have booked airbnbs many time and she was the mostresponsive host i ever dealt with! Thank you Evdokia

Nous avons été en contact avec Irakli. Super réactif et très gentil. Tout était dans la réalité comme décrit dans l’annonce. L’appartement est très bien pensé. Pour 2 couples c’était plus que parfait. Le petit bémol c’était le ménage (l’intérieur des placards et le sol étaient poussiéreux) mais nous savons que ce n’est pas toujours facile de trouver une femme de ménage qui est attentive aux détails. Irakli est conscient du problème et nous a dit faire de son mieux. Au cours du séjour nous avons eu quelques demandes auxquelles Irakli a trouvé une solution rapidement (double de clé; casier à ski; …). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour au ski à Gudauri

A fantastic stay with a beautiful view and convenient location for skiing.

Добрый день. Я ссупругой и двумя детьми отдыхали у Вахтанга неделю. Аппартаменты практически новые. Мебель и диваны чистые. Постельного белья и полотенец с запасом. Внизу на -1 этаже шкафчик для лыж. Вообщем отлично провели время. Места хватило на всех,диван в салоне так же раскладной. Вахтанг очень приветливый и дружелюбный человек. У него есть кафе недалеко от аппартаментов. Кушали там два раза. Вкусно и недорого. Так же в комплексе на -1 этаже есть ресторан и отличное spa с саунами,джакузи и двумя бассейнами,один из которых снаружи с горячей водой. Хотелось бы добавить,что Вахтанг один из немногих хозяев делает отмену заказа до последнего дня перед заездом,за это 5++. Ну, думаю всё! Огромное спасибо Вахтангу за всё!

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. The stay is in a separate little house, good for 2 people, but can be 4 as well. The hosts were super nice and kind, they let us check out later than scheduled. Inside the house we had everything, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap. The place itself is a bit cold but because I saw there was a heater, which we didn’t need since we didn’t stay in during the day time but at night they have very warm blankets and a very comfortable bed. The place is in a walkable distance from the Main Street and all the cafes. The view is super nice as well. In total, super cool, thanks to Andrei and his family 🙏🏻

Très joli chalet, idéal pour quelques nuits à Stepanminsda. Seul bémol : l’absence de rideaux dans une des chambres. Celle à l’Est…

Giorgi ist ein netter junger Mann, der auch spontan einfache Lösungen ermöglicht. Er fuhr mit uns ins Truso Tal, außerdem war er immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, auch die Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit auf dem Grundstück zu parken sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Our stay at this cozy house in Georgia was absolutely delightful! We’ve never met such kind, responsive, and hospitable people before. Everything is incredibly comfortable and made with so much love and care. The location is super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the ski lift. The only thing to note, for those who might find it important, is the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing apartment in New Gudauri. Nicely designed having parquet floor (makes difference at winter), fully equipped kitchen, heavenly comfy bed and all of that like 5 minutes away from the lifts. I have been to 2 different similar apartments where my friends stayed and I should say La's apartment was way ahead. Also La was fast responding and supportive at all times.

Viktor has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We had an issue when we lost our belongings at the airport and explained our situation to Viktor. He was always attentive and never left us stranded without a place to stay. When we arrived at his apartment, we realized it was a thousand times better than we had imagined. It was excellent—the cleanliness, the details, and the view were outstanding. The proximity to the slopes, ski rental places, and grocery stores was perfect. I would stay at this Airbnb a million times over!

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The view from the windows is beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary not only for a short stay but also for a long-term one. It’s a very comfortable apartment, much more so than a bungalow. The host is very kind and helpful with advice.
