We absolutely loved our time staying here!! The house is beautiful, so much space, and has everything you need. The view!! Gorgeous. We loved kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing each day for hours. Our kids (and us) didn’t want to leave. We had s’mores by the campfire every night and enjoyed lunch on the porch each day. Everyone is already asking when we can go back. ❤️

Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout. His instructions were very clear and he was always friendly. The place is lovely. The neighborhood is peaceful, the lake is beautiful, the view is great. The house was immaculate, super clean and nicely decorated without having too many things. The mattresses were the best we've slept on in any airBnB, by far! The private dock is wonderful, with chairs and water toys, it was such a joy to spend time there at all times of day.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this air bnb. The view was beautiful and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay to celebrate our son’s 1 year birthday with our family and friends. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Beautiful view! We had 9 adults (3 couples, 3 singles) and 1 toddler, and the house was a great size for us. Five bedrooms to spread across, common areas big enough to fit us all, and a big dining table overlooking the lake. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, sitting around the fire, and relaxing in the hot tub. There are hikes within driving distance, and Tallulah Gorge is less than an hour away.

The lake house was amazing and we will definitely be back! Beautiful lake house with amazing views. After spending the day at the lake we could come back and relax in the hot tub or on the swing bed. The house was cozy and had everything we needed plus some! Host was very nice and responsive.

first let me start off by saying Brain was amazing. He responded to questions and trust me I had a lot. lol. He made sure my family was well taken care of while on our vacation. The house OMG! absolutely gorgeous! it's definitely relaxing and so peaceful. the downstairs game room was a big plus for my teenage boys. it was a little cold outside but that didn't stop my kids from enjoying the lake. the kitchen is to die for because it's huge! I loved the fact that we could sit outside and eat. waking up hearing all the different birds made my morning. The locals are amazing. everyone is so sweet and has patience. I'm live in miami so being away from the city was a dream come true. Walmart 15mins away and there are Dollar general markets that sell produce about 10min away. The guy who works at the corner store with the big fish is awesome. I just absolutely loved my stay and definitely will be doing it again. the price was well worth it stay at Brian's house you will not be disappointed

My husband and I had a great time staying at the Happy Place house on the lake. We loved the warmth and comforts of the house ss well as the incredible views of the lake from every room. We went to a Clemson football game and Memorial stadium was such an easy drive. The house is close to many great parks for hiking. Kayaking on the lake was great, which were at the house to use. I highly recommend staying at this airbnb, and we hope to stay here again.

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

Stayed for about 3 weeks for work and enjoyed the area. Very peaceful location right on the water. Felt right at home the whole time

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place. It is well equipped, peaceful, and truly feels like home. Mary was very accommodating. Should we ever find ourselves in the area again, we have certainly found a place we’d return to.

Leslie and Sam’s place on beautiful Lake Hartwell was perfect for us. We enjoyed the gorgeous setting overlooking the lake. We loved the open concept with screened porch perched over the lake. It was everything the photos and the listing promised and was perfect for myself and my friend. We would recommend this home and will go back. Thank you so much for helping us ring in the New Year just as we had hoped. We look forward staying with you again.

We loved our time at the cottage. Brian was more than accommodating and communicated very clearly. It was the perfect size for our family of five. The dock, kayaks and peddle boat were great! We were blessed with warm enough weather to spend almost two days on the water. The screened in back porch was such a nice touch! Perfect for morning coffee and a place to keep the kids shoes/bathing suits in between trips to the lake. The outdoor shower was also such a great amenity! We also loved the fire pit! The little things like waters and snacks when we arrived showed how Brian goes above and beyond for his guests. We hope to be back!!

Super easy to get in and out and worked out well over thanksgiving. They have great lake access so we need to return in summer!

The cabin was better than we imagined! I would go back many times! The lake and the accessories for being on the water were great! All the kitchen utensils were perfect! Everything was very clean! It definitely deserves 5 stars!

This cabin is a true gem. The location is great as it feels quiet and woodsy but isn’t remote or hard to find. The cabin is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable for two couples even though we only used one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and quite a few things you may have forgotten. I’d definitely recommend this cabin and being pet friendly is a plus. Our golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed it and the quick 5 min drive to Hemlock Falls.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

Gina was super helpful and responsive. This was a very last minute booking but even still the home was clean and ready for our arrival! Perfect fit for our family of 5. Loved the coziness of the house and the peaceful “backyard” with a path down by the river for exploring. We felt very safe and found lots of great hikes nearby. The only thing I would say is that my Google maps tried to take me to a different house a little further up the hill. Thankfully, we just kept going and were easily able to see the correct address number clearly once we got to the bottom of the drive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! I was looking for a quiet and cozy spot in the mountains close to Helen and this cabin was everything I was looking for! It was dog friendly which allowed me to bring my pup and she had an absolute blast. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee sipping and Bible reading in the morning. The loft was lovely and appreciated the books available to read. Truly the perfect spot to get away but also close enough to do so many hikes and explore Helen. Appreciated the recommendations the host sent after check-in!

We stayed at Lizard Lodge last year at the same time. We loved it so much we booked again and this year was just as fabulous. We enjoyed the hot tub, playing games around the kitchen table, and just visiting. The house was perfect for our needs. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Everything was as advertised unfortunately I was there for work and not pleasure as I would have loved to access the dock and the water more.

The little blue house on the lake was absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I enjoyed our time there thoroughly! The views were stunning, and the house was quaint and clean ❤️
