The house was very nice! It was comfortable and clean!

We rented the space for a multi day leadership retreat and planning meeting. The space worked great, it was nice and clean and on a great lake. It was winter when we were here, but even still it was a nice place to get away, free of distractions.

Cabin was great. Exactly as described in listing. Property has great trails for walking, animal watching etc. Saw deer every day. Very close to the lake, drove our four wheelers down to do some ice fishing. Hot tub was a great extra, especially after long days ice fishing. Will be back again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was comfortable and family friendly. All the amenities we could ask for were provided. The host was super friendly and available when needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Thank you, Bonnie!

We enjoyed our weekend here on the lake! It was too cold for us to use and enjoy the water as much as we hoped but nonetheless, we got to enjoy the home and everything it has to offer with our family, which was the goal. Thank you!!! Pros: The home is right on the lake, the view is absolutely beautiful, clean clear water, and it’s peaceful. The neighbors were helpful and friendly, but we didn’t see them more than once since it feels very private. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything organized and clean. The cleanest pots and pans I’ve seen. The bathrooms had enough towels for all of us (8) to use. The home is spacious, enough room to sleep us all. We loved the idea of the boats we can use during our time. We enjoyed the bonfire area! Cons: The host never called us back when asking about the lock box. We figured it out, but I thought it was strange the whole weekend not hearing back. Thankfully the place was perfect and we didn’t need any other help.

Exceptional view of the lake with great amenities. Sunrise right into home, so it's light and bright. Shade in the later afternoon/evening on the deck (overlooking lake), so that space was fantastic too. Main level has master suite and primary bath with tub/shower combo; open floorplan kitchen/dining/living area and fantastic walk-out deck with grill and table to seat a crowd. Above ground deck means fewer mosquitos! Second floor level is a 'bunk' room for multiple guests (but no bathroom up there). Lower level has second master bedroom with additional bathroom; bar area and another walk-out ground floor deck. Overall fantastic spaces, well outfitted for a small family or a crowd. Rowboat and kayaks weren't used (too cold - water was 50 degrees!). Fishing rods too. Thank you for the very nice place to stay!

Charming house, private location but still very close to town. All the amenities that are needed were there and clearly labeled, so easy to find. The automatic door lock scared our dog, but was a nice security feature for us humans. The fenced in area of the yard was nice, but even better was the ability to walk down the long driveway and around the pond with our dog- she loved that. There were a lot of dead asian beetles upstairs, but I understand those can be out of the owners control. We loved the property on a rainy and foggy December weekend- I imagine it would be amazing if we came back during the summer when we could sit outside and enjoy a fire and the night sky. Thanks Alexandria for being a great host for our Christmas getaway.

Great location for fishing either lake or the river. Roomy, open space. Great U driveway, so you don't have to back in a boat trailer. Frank is very accommodating and communicates well.

A real life haven. This incredible property will exceed your expectations. Such a charming home with plenty of space. Extensive outdoor activities available for all ages - explore the river banks, forest, play bean bags, swim, relax on the hammock, enjoy a bon fire. Wildlife watching was so much fun for our kids. We caught toads, frogs, crawfish. We watched deer, turkeys, squirrels and more species of birds than I thought possible. Not to mention the hosts are extremely responsive, polite, and clearly love children. Lots of special touches here. Many core memories made. We headed to Wausau for lunch and were blown away by the food and customer service at 6th Street filling station. You won't regret making this your vacation spot.

My wife and I loved the place and will definitely consider staying there again. Unfortunately the rest of our clan that was supposed to be there were all home sick with the flu. They would’ve loved the spaciousness both upstairs and downstairs. Our grandkids would’ve had fun. Having the garage available for our car was a bonus

A beautiful private cabin. This was exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Has a gas powered kitchen and electricity but still rustic and cozy. You will find yourself naturally very relaxed here.

We have been coming to Necedah to hunt for years and have rented several houses in the past, the antlers nest is at the top. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Was comfortable, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Kasia was great, quick to respond and worked with us on early checkin/late checkout. Overall a great house, property and experience, we will be renting again!

3rd or 4th visit. One of my favorite places to stay in the whole country

This home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well equipped along with other amenities that were available to make the stay more comfortable. The view was amazing and the front porch was a great place to hang out .

Great stay, might be a tight fit with 6 people but it was super good. Clean and gives you the ability to make food and store in a fridge. Beds are all essentially in the same room so no privacy, but thats not important especially on weekend where it was just us guys staying to ski at granite peak. Great stay, thank you Fred. We would come back!

Nicki, was a wonderful host, very responsive, and proactive. She setup the pack n play for us to use and even went out of her way to get a baby gate for us to use while at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and spacious, suiting our needs perfectly. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely want to stay at the Scott’s Cottage again!

Very beautiful peaceful setting. We loved watching the sun rises while sitting on the swing by the stream. It was also amazing to watch and hear the tufted titmouse and chickadee birds getting their food from the feeders in the morning.

Would absolutely stay again. Great location and great host.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy log cabin! The cleanliness and charm of the place exceeded our expectations. The peaceful surroundings and well-equipped amenities made our stay incredibly pleasant. The convenience of the bar restaurant a short walk away was an added bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
