Hardy cottage is an ideal place to stay to explore Arundel and the surrounding area. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is tastefully decorated and cosy. We can highly recommend Hardy Cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really lovely house just steps from the town centre. The living space was very comfortable, stylish and well -equipped. The house is bigger than expected and the little garden leading to the pond was a real bonus. communication with P was easy and swift. We have family in the area and will definitely hope to stay here again on future visits.

A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

Caroline and her husband are excellent hosts - warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. The cottage is absolutely charming, full of oak beams and period features, sympathetically furnished but well equipped, with modern and pristine kitchen and bathroom. The M&S welcome pack of goodies - bread, cheese, butter, milk, chox and Prosecco was very much appreciated. The cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Chawton, within walking distance of the museum, Chawton House, a good pub and cafe. This is our second stay at Bay Tree Cottage and I can highly recommend it

Spent Christmas in this cottage with relatives and it was perfect. Very warm and cosy, with lovely furnishings and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hosts were very friendly and had decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas and left us essential groceries and treats. We had a brilliant time. Lovely walks nearby and lots of places to see. Highly recommended.

What a find! A delightful little cottage, full of character and in a perfect location to walk into Chichester. Great to have free parking so close to the city. The house was spotlessly clean, quiet and homely. Hils was quick to respond to any queries and very friendly.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The flat was so quiet and peaceful. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos too. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like a log! The kitchen was really well equipped. We loved the area and it was walking distance to all the amenities. Would stay again.

Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

My stay was a mixture of work and pleasure and an ideal place to stay along the south coast. The property was really quite & comfortable with everything you could need. I did not get get chance to sit out on the raised decking but I am sure in the warmer weather it would be a lovely quite spot to enjoy the evening sunset. When I am next working that way this will be my first port of call. Jamie was excellent with his communications and help.

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

Abi's apartment is super sweet! It is spacious and light and located in a quiet road, only 15 minutes walk to Brighton and a 5 minutes -slow- walk to the beach. I have had the loveliest long weekend there and will book again in the future.

We had a great time in Hove. The apartment had everything that we wanted and was very centrally located. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and provided a very friendly and professional response when contacted. I would certainly consider booking the apartment on my return later in the year. I should also say that although we were based in the heart of Brighton/Hove, the apartment was very peaceful at night. Finally, for anyone who likes pizza, Morelli Zorelli is highly recommended and is only a short distance from the apartment.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

We loved our stay at Little Rock. The location is stunning, with so much open space and beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The house itself is huge, and well kitted out, with everything a family could need. Stuart is a wonderful host, and was always helpful and responsive. Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

We had an amazing family staycation at Joe’s Place. Him and his partner were every responsive, super helpful and their property is gorgeous. Great gym, games room and cinema room. Lots of space and very homely. Also walking distance to the seaside! Would definitely book again!
