Stinica : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

Een enorm leuke ervaring, bij deze ontzettend lieve mensen. We kwamen met 5 personen en een baby hier terecht. We hadden ook nog een trailer met auto erop bij. (Was dat weekend een auto show in jadranovo) Het was even zoeken voor parkeerplaats last minut. Maar ze hebben zoveel moeite gedaan om ons een veilige parkeerplaats te geven. Ze zijn zelfs tot op kruispunt gekomen om ons de weg te wijzen. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om even te genieten op vakantie. Je hoeft ze maar te sturen en ze staan voor je klaar. Ze hadden zelfs een kinder zwembadje voor de baby gebracht. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten! De jacuzzi en het zwembad, waren dan ook wel een groot pluspunt. We zouden hier alleen al terug willen komen voor de mensen zelf. Het centrum van Rijeka viel wel wat tegen. Er was weinig te doen, vies en onverzorgd.

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir wurden wirklich herzlich empfangen und trotz verschiedener sprachen war alles direkt verständlich. Wir bekamen eine kleine Einweisung, bekamen den Schlüssel und konnten dann gemütlich ankommen. Meine Familie und ich haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohl gefühlt! Alles war tadellos sauber und die Bettwäsche roch einfach nur super! 😍 wenn wir wieder einmal nach Kroatien fahren, dann definitiv wieder dort hin. 10 von 10 Sternen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for a getaway and found what I needed at Morana and Robins’ place. For me it was worth it for the sunrises and sunsets. Little things set this place apart though the quietness rather depends on how noisy any neighbours are as other apartments are relatively near. Apartman Holmes has aircon and a fan but because of the doors, fly screens and blinds it is actually relatively easy to keep the place cool; I hardly used the fan and not the aircon at all during my stay though the daytime temperatures were over 30”c. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of space for clothes etc in the fitted wardrobe. Lovely shower (well used by me) and generally the whole place has been thoughtfully arranged to make the best of the space capped off with the wonderful balcony. I’d say a great place for couples to come and unwind though this single enjoyed it immensely too (I’m already working on returning with my wife). There are good eateries around and more are just a short drive away. Great 😀

Sehr nette Gastgeberin die super freundlich ist. Wir waren dort außerhalb der Saison und sie hat am zweiten Tag weniger verlangt. Es gab frisches Obst für uns und uns wurde was von einem gebäck aus Kroatien vorbeigebracht. Zudem bekamen wir den Hinweis zu dem Kika Nationalpark zu fahren da der in der Nebensaison auch schön wäre. War eine gute Empfehlung. Voll zufrieden

We stayed 5 night and the place was great. It is about 30 min walk to the old town, there is a supermarket 1min walk and bigger one 13 min walk. The place is great and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and Matea thought about all small details such as as mosquito coils and candles. There is outdoor space with table and chairs under olive tree which is great for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Ha sigut una estada d'una setmana, en l'apartament tal com l'imaginàvem amb els serveis enunciats, barri molt bon localitzat per accedir i sortir a la carretera fàcilment amb el cotxe, l'aparcament davant l'apartament totalment gratuït que ofereix l'Ana també s'agreix molt. Espai gros, i còmode. Gràcies Ana per haver deixat allotjar-nos al teu apartament.

Siamo stati benissimo in questa nostra settimana a Kornič, Marko è stato ineccepibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste! Abbiamo trovato un ambiente rilassato e rilassante, pulito e tranquillo con tutto il confort che ci aspettavamo. Piacevoli sorprese sono state le bibite di benvenuto, un sacchetto d’ uva 🍇 del giardino trovata sulla porta al ritorno dalla spiaggia (graditissima anche dalla nostra bambina) e un ricordo che ci ha lasciato Marko quando siamo ripartiti per casa! Il genere di attenzioni che fanno la differenza! Sicuramente lo consiglieremo, e se torneremo a Krk in vacanza torneremo qui con piacere!

A szállás nagyon szépen van berendezve, tiszta, igényes és tágas. A kilátás gyönyörű, Cvetomir rendkívül kedves és a parttól 3 perc sétára van. Még biztosan visszatérek! :)

Lídia nagyon kedves házigazda, mindenben segített, nagyon-nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környezet szép és csendes, a tenger két perc sétával elérhető. A ház felszereltsége kifogástalan.

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Prekrasan smještaj, ugodan, čist i kao na slikama! Domaćin je izuzetno pristupačan i brzo odgovara na poruke. Ako tražite mir u prirodi, daleko od gradske gužve ovo je idealan smještaj za vas :)

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too. Dora und ihre Mutter waren sehr tollen Gastgeberinnen. Sie (Dora) hat bereits vor der Reise alles ausführlich geklärt. Außerdem fand ich die schnelle Kommunikation sehr gut. Dora reagiert auch schell auf Probleme. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Herd, sie hat sich schnell darum gekümmert. In der Beschreibung war so gut wie alles geklärt. Was man aber beachten muss, sind: Sehr viele Mücken Ameisen (allerdings nur, wenn Krümel oder ähnliches auf dem Boden ist) Die Erregbarkeit der Wohnung ist ohne Auto schwierig (wir hatten ein Auto, daher war das kein Problem). Die Lage ist weit vom Strand. Abschließend würde ich sagen, dass das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist gut und man kann die o. g. Nachteile in Kauf nehmen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
