We were a group of five ladies on a girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julieta’s home is exactly as described and photographs are accurate. Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen well stocked .Enjoyed the fantastic views sitting on the deck as well as from the living room and kitchen . The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed the amenities right at the bottom of the hill, including coffee shops, and restaurants and is walkable for those that are in good shape.

We felt like we had the best spot on the bay! Being right on the water was amazing. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the tides change. It was nice to finally stay in Bodega Bay and get to enjoy the beauty. The location made it very easy to get to everything. My kids loved taking baths downstairs while looking out at the water. The wrap around deck was a plus. We played outside on the deck until dusk one day. Lastly, sitting outside in the hot tub surrounded by the bay was the cherry on top. We hope to come back soon!

This oceanside stay was such a treat! We loved hearing the sound of the waves crash on the beach while we slept at night. What a special experience and comfortable stay, thank you!

Awesome place for a weekend away. Had a golf trip with 10 people, and were able to comfortably.

Debra is an excellent host and communicator! The place completely exceeds expectations. Beds are extraordinary, kitchen is clutch, hot tub is great, and waking up to the ocean view is serene. Having access like that to kayaks and the bay from your bedroom is extremely unique in that area of California. There is really nothing like it! Would book again in a heartbeat.

This house was amazing, from the layout, the comfy bed, the hot tub, the nice bathrooms, and especially THE VIEW. After a tumultuous few months, coming to Barbara’s house was the perfect antidote. Barbara was very communicative and responsive. I really can’t say enough about the house. And, to have one of the bedrooms in a semi-detached part of the house made it even better for our son! The fact that you can actually go out the back door, follow a path, cross the road and be at the beach was an added plus. Definitely would recommend this home to others!

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place and we loved our stay. We had to check in later then stated but we didn't mind we just walked the beach and soaked up the sunshine. Very nice place for family with kids. very clean town as well. We will most definitely be coming back we loved this home.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kevin’s place and it won’t be the last! Perfect location next to the lodge (walkable for meals and drinks) but completely private and very well equipped to never leave if you don’t want to!

We loved our stay at Mark’s place!! The house was gorgeous and very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the wall of books, the beautiful kitchen, and the amazing breezeway with pizza oven and gorgeous views. Mark was a pleasure to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. We stayed with another family and had more than enough room for all of us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!! Thank you mark!

Beautiful house, with amazing forest views out the large windows. I loved the wifi speakers that could play throughout the whole place, including one that was battery powered and could be moved around, and sounded great. Well-maintained hiking trails start right out your door through the forest, and can go all the way down to the beach. Very comfortable bed. Fast wifi. Lovely decor. Great selection of coffee equipment. Floor heaters in bathroom and kitchen are appreciated on cold mornings. Hot tub was great; plenty of space for 3 people to stretch out, more than that will get cozy. Very private location -- there is one close neighboring house but it was vacant during our 1 week stay. Doesn't get a ton of direct sunlight due to all the beautiful towering trees around. Some forest maintenance was happing on weekdays during the day which was mildly annoying noise but not the host's fault. Recommend checking out Gualala Point Regional Park, was a nice easy walk with fun views.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

We had a great stay! The place was a great value—clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable inside. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Convenient access to everything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

The house was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. You could easily walk to the beach, and to the local swimming pool. It was also very nice to relax and enjoy the stars at night in the hot tub. Kelly was very responsive, and helpful. The binder at the house had a lot of local recommendations for outdoor spots and food recommendations . The house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house, and we plan to come back again another time.

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood has beautiful greenery with ocean views that help relax your soul. The place was well equipped with all your needs. The location was perfect. Easy access to San Francisco, Napa Valley, Muir Woods, private beach, etc. Even though we did venture out sightseeing, we were also happy to just be at the Airbnb and enjoy the house and location.

We had a very relaxing weekend here. The location is easily accessible from the Bay Area, with a smooth and straightforward drive—no winding roads. The views from the house were stunning, and the hot tub was perfectly positioned to overlook beautiful greenery, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. We even spotted a few deer close to the house, which was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the overall value for money felt slightly lacking. There’s an extra charge for a 1 pm late checkout. That said, it was still a great place to stay.

Perfect house to connect with our kids, grandkids and granddogs. Plenty of room, everything was clean and the beach was fantastic. We would definitely rent this house again!

Terry's home was outstanding. The views from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom were awe-inspiring. The house had a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It provided everything required. It was so delightful that it almost discouraged one from going out to discover the city. Terry was very friendly and responded any questions almost immediately I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again should I visit San Francisco once more.

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. Thank you for great experience.

This was a wonderful once in a lifetime experience for me and the family and friends. We fell in love with this place. Planning to return for another future trip. We took great care of the property. We utilize what we can. The rooms are amazing and fit to complete our every need. What a lovely property.

Another beautiful Christmas at the Castle House! The waves and ocean were beautiful, across the rain and the sun. Everyone was snugly warm in the house, when not taking a walk on the beach. And the well appointed kitchen allowed us to accomplish what we wanted for decadent holiday meals without having to bring hardly anything! Thanks Elida!
