This was such a special stay for our honeymoon. We went on a beautiful hike and hung out in the hot tub telling Bigfoot stories ;P The house was beautifully decorated, and the hosts were so thoughtful in leaving us a congratulations surprise <3 we loved our trip here. One of my top 5 Airbnb’s of all time, and I have stayed in a BUNCH! Thank you, Shane and Craig!

My best friend and I stayed at this tree house over the weekend, and it was truly a magical experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place had such a peaceful, quiet vibe—it felt like a little slice of paradise. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxing, and the space felt so cozy and homey. We loved every minute of our stay and left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature!

Nathan and Tom are the most responsive and caring host ever! it was a beautiful, unforgettable stay in the redwood forest with every amenities that we ever wanted including the woodburning fireplace and the hot tub. we could really sense so much care from Nathan and Tom in every detail of the place ❤️ it's worth every penny and more!

Christina's place was the perfect getaway that made us feel right at home. The space was clean, light, bright, comfortable and just what we needed for our weary NYC souls. The area is absolutely beautiful and a short walk to Agate beach which I fell involve with. Christina was so responsive and her place is extremely private and is exactly as described. It exceeded our expectations. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. I would 100% say there again and again and again!!!

This was just a wonderful experience staying in this cabin on the river in the midst of beautiful redwoods. JENNIFER was just a wonderful host, anytime we had a question she got back to us quickly. It’s a great location with a couple restaurants within walking distance and wonderful small little villages and towns not too far away by car. If you’re looking to get away, this is an incredible value.

The cabin is very quiet with great views. The wood stove is more than sufficient to keep the place warm just be sure to bring some kindling and some paper. There was also a nice list of suggested spots and a record player. Overal a lovely stay.

The perfect retreat from the busy city! My partner and I (and our dog) loved the peace and quiet and listening to the frogs and owls as we fell asleep. The cottage was stocked with every cooking tool we needed (even a waffle maker). The location was perfect and we made trips to the redwoods, sebastopol, and bodega bay during our stay. All of the instructions Sue sent were very clear. We will definitely be back to recharge at this magic cabin again!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

The accommodations were just as described on the website. I would also add it was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a large deck with a beautiful view. The owner quickly responded to all inquiries we sent to her.

My partner and I had a wonderful week at Defne’s home! We were both working remotely while visiting friends that live in Camp Meeker and we had everything we needed to work comfortably and cook some basic meals throughout the week. Every time I walked outside and was met with the sound of the babbling brook brought me joy :’)

Cute and cozy cabin by the waters. We visited the Point Reyes, lighthouse and the beaches. Pristine and calm location. The cabin was very clean and both the beds was extremely comfortable. Kitchen also well equipped to cook small meals and enjoy your coffee. Overall very well decorated and maintained cozy home 🏠

What a wonderful spot! Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom, lovely deck, easy river access and all the toys. I very much appreciated the EV charger!! Thora was helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to return!

We had the BEST stay. We felt at home the moment we stepped in. The beds were SO comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Being so close to the water was magical. This is a true West Marin home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! We did not want to leave and definitely plan on returning.

Highly recommended / 5 stars! Lovely, cozy, well-appointed cabin in the woods yet a 4 minute drive / 20 minute walk into the heart of Guerneville. The cabin feels peaceful and private -- like you're in a treehouse amid the forest -- but it's super easy to get to the restaurants, bars and more of the adorable town of Guerneville. The place was spotless, warm and well-appointed, and Jessica was super friendly and communicative. It was too cold in late December to make use of the spacious deck, but I imagine that in other seasons, it would be a great place to entertain or enjoy meals and time in the beautiful surroundings. Thanks Jessica for the wonderful stay!

Anidel was very responsive and friendly! The cottage had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The on site store and cafe were awesome!!

Where to begin? Words simply can’t capture the magic of our stay at Perjol’s Redwood Retreat. My only regret is that we didn’t discover it sooner, as our three-night stay was a last-minute addition that turned out to be the perfect finale to an incredible vacation. Among the many amazing Airbnb experiences we’ve had worldwide, this ranks as one of our top three, if not the best. The pictures don’t even begin to do justice to the beauty and attention to detail that Perjol has poured into this serene haven. Little touches, like the incense, truly made our stay special—especially for this Perfume and Chandler. The cabin is fully equipped for cooking, complete with a gas BBQ. The beds were ultra-comfortable, and the main bathroom offered a zen spa experience, with the soaking tub being a highlight. The sunroom was so enchanting that I could have spent days there. This was our second time staying at The Hideout, and it was just as magical as the first! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The space is exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with easy access to nature and nearby gems. And Aggie is an incredible host—so kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and inviting place to stay, we can’t recommend The Hideout enough. We’ll definitely be back again!

This cabin is a few miles from downtown, but easy to find and so peaceful. It’s an old schoolhouse built in the 1800’s, so definitely bring layers in winter. The space heaters are super helpful, but winter weather is what it is! The place is clean, super comfortable, and well appointed. Brendan is friendly and very responsive if you need anything at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a gem.
