Alloggio in zona tranquilla, pedonale, con lungomare adiacente. La zona cucina è dotata di tanti comfort: macchinetta per il cappuccino, per il caffè, tostapane, microonde etc. Erano presenti sia alimenti per la colazione sia per un brunch salato (pane per tramezzini, prosciutto e formaggio). Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile. Host molto disponibile. Alloggio super consigliato!!!

Trevlig lägenhet i gamla stan med både hamnen och centrum strax utanför dörren. Vi var två vuxna och en tonåring och hade gott om plats. Vi uppskattade att ha två badrum med dusch. Den fina Maria Pia-stranden når man antingen med en kort bussresa eller en promenad. Utbudet av restauranger var stort och stormarknaden Eurospin låg bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Köket i lägenheten var mycket enkelt men funktionellt för den lilla matlagning vi gjorde på semestern. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende.

The house was exactly as described and in a perfect spot. Davide responded straight away to any of our questions. We could even drop our bag's hours early. I would throughly recommend this house and Davide as a host. We loved every minute of our stay

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Ubytování bylo skvělé, blízko pláže, barů i obchodů. Prostě centrum dění. Prostředí apartmánu bylo velmi čisté se vším vybavením, které jsme potřebovali. Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný s našim check-outem. Videonávod nám dostatečně pomohl se k apartmánu dostat. Díky ! Když Pojedem na Sardinii, tak se určitě zastavíme znovu. ☀️💪

Ich habe die Wohnung für einen Monat am Ende des Sommers gebucht, um Fahrrad zu fahren und zu arbeiten. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Sie ist sehr ruhig und hat alles was man zum Leben und fürs Home Office braucht. Ausserdem liegt sie sehr zentral und man kann schöne Fahrradtouren unternehmen. Silvia und ihre Mutter waren sehr bemüht und immer gut zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

This place is a gem. We spent two weeks here and we wanted to stay longer. The Apart has everything you need for a long stay and its located very close to downtown and by the seawall. You can see the ocean from the window and watch the incredible sunsets. One important thing is that it has air conditioning in the bedroom. Francesco was so responsive and friendly and help us inmediatly if something broke or we needed any advice. 100% recommend!

Liebe Claudia und Gregor, so schnell ist die Zeit in Costa Paradiso vergangen, wie schade! Vielen Dank für Alles, auch an Marina, es hat alles so unkompliziert geklappt. Die Gegend um Costa Paradiso ist traumhaft schön, gestern haben wir noch die Küste mit dem Boot abgefahren. Man muss ganz gut zu Fuß sein um in die Villa zu kommen mit den vielen Stufen, aber da man eh meist nur ein Mal am Tag den Weg macht, ist das kein großes Problem. Die Villa ist super groß und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche lässt es an nichts mangeln! Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Träumchen auf der Terrasse... Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und haben auch Angebote für uns Veggies! Wir sagen: Danke 😍

Ottima sistemazione, in una location meravigliosa. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario. Vista sul mare bellissima, leggermente frasca in inverno ma assolutamente fantastica. Ugo è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: consigliatissima!!!

What a great landlord we had. The house was perfect and clean, he did send us a message every day to give us some advise for things to do. If you want to have a great home, in a great place with a great landlord you have to rent this house

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Garten. Zu Fuß war man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer zum Kitesurfen oder Wind-/Wingsurfen kommt, hat es sehr nah zu den entsprechenden Spots. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

La casa è veramente stupenda. Ha una posizione perfetta, letteralmente a 10 passi dalla spiaggia in un punto molto tranquillo e panoramico. Perfetta per i bambini che hanno una grande pineta di fronte casa dove giocare in tutta sicurezza. La casa è molto accogliente e super accessoriata, soprattutto la cucina. Ho trovato la casa molto pulita, ben arredata e con ottima biancheria. La cosa più bella è il portico dove mangiare vista mare, e godere della brezza marina. Tania è stata molto gentile e tempestiva nelle comunicazioni. L’unico difetto è stato rimanere solo 5 giorni, spero vivamente di poter tornare in questa casa dove siamo stati benissimo!

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!

Perfekte Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen! Damiano ist ein absoluter Top-Gastgeber und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sowohl die Sauberkeit, als auch die qualitative und hochwertige Ausstattung der Innenausstattung sind 5 Sterne plus! Die technische Ausstattung des Appartements lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Lage, Lage, Lage ….. Traumhafte Blickbeziehungen auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer und eine optimale Laufentfernung zur Altstadt. Die Nachtruhe wird vom Meeresrauschen sanft unterlegt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und der Fahrstuhl im gepflegten Anwesen runden das Angebot von Damiano ab. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Deiner Wohnung lieber Damiano

Nadia was a gracious host who was very helpful in response to requests. Well located near Old Town but know it is a good walking distance from railway station.

La casa di Felicita è davvero un luogo speciale, e il suo punto forte è senza dubbio la vista. È semplicemente pazzesca, con tramonti indimenticabili che tingono il cielo di colori straordinari, e di notte un cielo stellato meraviglioso che lascia senza fiato. La casa è tutta nuova e ristrutturata, con tutti gli utensili indispensabili e necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: la spiaggia è raggiungibile in circa 3 minuti a piedi passando dalla strada. Purtroppo, non siamo riusciti ad accedere direttamente al mare dalle scale sotto casa, poiché l'ultimo tratto è un po' mal messo e scivoloso, quindi abbiamo preferito evitare. Unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il Wi-Fi, che aveva un segnale molto debole e instabile, rendendo difficile la connessione. A parte questo, tutto il resto è stato davvero bello e piacevole. Consiglio sicuramente la casa di Felicita per una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Francesco. Flexibler und einfacher Check-In. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück der Unterkunft. Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Meer.

We visited Alghero in January, at the end of the Christmas holidays. It is wonderful time to visit--much less crowded, decent (though not beach) weather, and all of the natural beauty. Fredrico's place was a perfect base for this adventure. Easy walking distance to the old town (~30 minutes), yet many excellent closer restaurants were also open. The unit was as shown in the photos, very clean, and one felt comfortable immediately on entering, captivated by the views of the beach and ocean from the sitting room and balcony. Frederico was fast and to the point in responding, from our initial inquiries, helping us find the unit on our drive over from Olbia, and with an extensive list of local options, tailored to our specific natural interests.

Incredible location on third floor overlooking the port and old town. No need for a balcony with huge arched windows! Perfect for apero sunset gratefully received from host! Very spacious apartment, simply but beautifully decorated with grand dining setting.. Small but sufficient kitchen also helpful to have use of a washing machine. Free parking nearby. Eleonora was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We are so pleased we chose to stay here with our three that old for some Sardinian apartment living.
