We can’t thank you enough for our beautiful stay in your apartment. The location is perfect! There’s so much within walking distance, we walked miles in the country park , enjoyed a food festival at Lomond shores, and lots of beer gardens and restaurants!! The location is also perfect to travel small distances and visit other areas, we’d highly recommend Luss and Helensburgh! The apartment itself was ideal, just as described, clean and tidy throughout! Our trip was wonderful and we were even more lucky by the constant sunshine!! Thanks again Ann-Marie, we hope to return and highly recommend others to book, you won’t be disappointed!!

Communication with Steven very prompt and informative. House very easy to find and in a lovely area within walking distance into town . All facilities at property were great for our stay , lots of space and very comfortable. Would definitely return .

Facilité d'accès pour le stationnement, il y a toujours des places libres dans la rue à plus ou moins de distance de l'appartement. L'appartement est lumineux, bien décoré, confortable. We had a fabulous stay, wish we could have stayed longer. I’d particularly recommend to friends groups booking for a trip away together. Perfect location and beautiful spacious house.

Jo’s house in Bannockburn, Stirling, was perfect! The bed was super comfy, and the sofa bed was just as great. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine for the perfect morning coffee. Jo was incredibly friendly and responsive, making everything easy. The house was spotless, cozy, and in a peaceful yet convenient location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Stirling—we’d love to stay again!

This our 3rd stay at Marian’s flat and it won’t be the last. As usual, everything is to a high standard and incredibly well looked after. We had a great time… 👍👍👍

We can’t say enough great things about David’s place. They thought of everything for this suite in their Victorian home and the decor was very comfortable and modern. Their gardens, even though it’s end of Sept, were nice to look at as I drank my tea at the bistro set outside our bedroom window. I wish we could have stayed there longer to get more visits in with David and his wife. We loved Stirling even more because of our stay. I’ll be recommending it far and wide.

Emma is a wonderful helpful host. The flat was ideal for a break in Scotland and served as a good base for exploring. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the sofas are very comfy too. Ideally located in Callander, opposite a supermarket with lots of shops, coffee houses and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Excellent, clean, and cozy space in Stirling easily walkable to City Center. Loved it.

Comfortable, peaceful and in a great location! Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the little space outside the kitchen is a sun trap in the good weather. Well-equipped and relaxing.

Beautifully renovated home in a quiet area. Very clean and tidy, all amenities were wonderful, especially the heating system in the freezing cold temperatures in which we arrived. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you so much

It was very clean and smelled very fresh. The kitchen wat kitted out good and the living room was cosy. The bed was of good quality. Easy to find and walkable to the train and centre Everything was amazing but if i had to nitpick i would suggest a bigger duvet and the shower didn’t have much pressure but that is just small details to me

One of the best AirB&B I have stayed. Cleaning charge of 80£ is worth it as presentation was like a brand new flat with all facilities! Like good foundation of a building, which is never seen, with minimal interference & a great app/ hand book they looked after guests well. Will like to come back again & highly recommend to family & friends.

I had a great time - beautiful surroundings and very peaceful, plenty of wildlife and birds! The Bothy is a very special place with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views from the windows. It also had everything I needed for my 3 week stay. I wouldn’t hesitate totally recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Flat was clean and well equipped. We are at the Center of Stirling and still very quiet. Enough room to enjoy. And the host was very easy to contact if anything happens!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The beds were super comfortable, and the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations made the stay feel extra thoughtful. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer questions and offer help if needed. Check-in was a breeze, and I really appreciated the clear instructions provided beforehand. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic and made even more amazing by our hosts who went the extra mile to make our holiday extra special. The added touches of a Christmas tree and decorations, Christmas hamper and hot chocolates made our stay feel like home. The apartment was perfect for our holiday: modern, comfortable, nicely decorated and most importantly very clean which made staying in a pleasure on a rainy day. The view over the river was a real treat: seeing the river change with the weather, watching birds and catching the odd glimpse of otters was a great experience for the children. We would like to thank our hosts for giving us all an amazing home away from home.

Had a great stay at Joanna’s place. I am walking the Rob Roy’s way, and Joanna’s place was just what I needed after a long day, a bed, clean sheets, and two beers in the fridge! Great communication, and overall just a great stay. Highly recommended :)

Great location with designated parking bay. Coop within walking distance and pub selling good food. Great for bus routes into the city and to the University and a great base for visiting other places round and about.

Anna and James were very friendly. James met us in person on arrival and Anna recommended a local restaurant called birds and bees which was a 13 minute walk from the property. We had everything that we needed for our stay and would return again.

The Sidings is just AMAZING! We loved every detail in the flat and the marvellous views of the garden, very unique. 💚 Everything is new and beautiful. We enjoyed the electric fireplace, the comfy sofa and huge shower (not to mention the little “Warmies”). There is a small sofa in the bedroom too, which we really enjoyed - what a view! The flat is very peaceful and surroundings are amazing. It was spotless and full of useful stuff. We stayed only 2 nights, but The Sidings would be perfect for a long stay too. We recommend having breakfast at the fold down table. 💘 There is a very good pub just on the opposite side of the street and a very lovely café not far - both recommended by Kayt&David. Not enough words to describe how lovely our experience was! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved this apartment and the area. Very quiet, well equipped, clean, perfect for a couple. Great bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Great instructions for getting in to the apartment and clear checkout instructions too - stress free and simple. Can’t wait to return
