I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Georgie was a wonderful host, and very kind and responsive when we got lost trying to find the space. It was cozy, and her garden was lovely. It got a little chilly outside the room since the only heat was a portable radiator, but other than that, it was a great getaway for our time in Scotland. Thanks Georgie for your hospitality!

Our stay at The Lodge will be a treasured memory for my family. The surroundings are beautiful, and it was a great location to base our excursions from. The accommodations were better than we hoped for and was such a cozy and welcoming place. We hope to return again soon.

Wow wow wow amazing! what a beautiful homely true Scottish cottage, with stunning views off mountains, with an open fire to sit and get cosy on an evening, we have already rebooked to come back with our family, and booked the cottage next door, if you want to experience a true Scottish stay this is the place, surrounded by highland cows, sheep, donkey and ponies, with the massive extra bonus off a silver jewerlly work shop, we can not wait to return thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us, stan and Fiona the ponies was great to have our morning coffee with.

A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings! From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed and more. Ian was an excellent host, ensuring we had a wonderful few days. The homemade scones to welcome us were the icing on the cake!

Very peaceful location. Beautiful countryside. Close to popular tourist locations. Comfortable cottage. Made to feel welcome by owners. Dog friendly. Especially enjoyed the woodburning stove, which warmed up the whole place.

Lovely apartment near the Loch, perfect base for walking and a great host.

The Garden Cottage is the perfect place to relax and come home to after a day of exploring. Dorrit and Dave were lovely hosts and made me feel welcomed right away. I loved staying here and would come back again any time!

What a beautiful place to stay in the middle of the hills nice and quiet and the hot tub was a family favourite thanks to Alexander and all his family for making us so welcome 5 stars

We had the most amazing stay here, it’s in such a peaceful area with amazing views. The pods are so cosy and homely. Doneil was a fantastic host and added such special touches to the pod for my partner and little boys birthday. We even got to feed their sheep in the morning, which was such a fun experience for our little boy. He’s already wanting to go back. Thank you for such a fantastic stay 😄

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

We spent a weekend in Lisa & Colin’s lovely cabin with friends. Lisa and Colin are fantastic hosts, so welcoming and friendly. They both checked in on us and gave us great recommendations. We really felt at home. The cabin has fantastic views, lovely walks from the door step and a very welcoming hot tub. We can’t wait to come back already. Thank you so much 😊

We had a lovely few days with our family - including 6 grandchildren and 2 dogs! . The house is in a lovely location and the layout worked well with plenty for the children to do playing pool and table football. well the bedroom were spacious all with en-suites and there is plenty to do in the area. A lovely stay. Thank you.

Simply awesome

Beautiful home in a stunning location. You can walk to the end of the garden and get straight into the Loch, which had regular open water swimmers using it in various locations. Just a short drive into town for plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. The Lade Inn is literally at the top of the road, 5mins drive away, and serves great Haggis. Can't recommend a stay here too much, brilliant place to relax, unwind and get in touch with nature staying in a stunning home.

Murray and Alli were absolutely wonderful! As was Appletree Cottage! They were very responsive and helpful and even helped me receive my luggage that was lost on the plane ride over and then needed a location to be delivered when they had found it. They had wonderful suggestions for places to eat and visit while we were in town. But we were also perfectly cozy in the cottage having a meal there with our group at the dinner table and enjoying the views. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and close to several interesting sites. It is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in Scotland. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay a little longer.

We had a wonderful stay! The coach house was a perfect home base for our family of five for the first half of our Scotland vacation. During our stay we spent time in Stirling and visited Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Glencoe, and St. Andrews. We always looked forward to coming back to crash at this house. The home was well equipped with toys and games and everything our family needed during our stay. The hosts were quick and responsive throughout our stay. We are so glad we chose to stay here, thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the stables. A great property and location. We stayed over Christmas and Debbie had put up a Christmas tree which was so lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are really comfortable and bedding and linen is high quality. Good walks around the property for our dogs as well. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you so much. A Christmas we will always remember.

We had an amazing time at East Kelt Farm, the house was very cosy and spacious. Carole was superb and very responsive. The local restaurants (Mango in particular) were superb, as well as many more options within a short driving distance. The farm is peaceful and the surrounding countryside is stunning. It was our first time in Scotland and we fell in love with it so we’ll definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. He made the check in process easy and we felt right at home. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, we only wish we had more time there. His dog Hurrah was adorable and friendly and we felt comfortable, cosy and right at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful walks in the local area. Loved the forests surrounding. The lodge is so warm, clean and comfortable. Attention to details was very obvious in the lodge. Would be great in summer with the outdoor spaces. We used the BBq hut which was lovely. We loved it for our short break. Balmaha is 2 miles down the road and walkable and Drymen is around 3.5km and also walkable. Pubs in both places! A great space. Thank you so much.

Everything was great. Cameron was lovely and very welcoming. The games room is a fun addition too.

Had a lovely couple of nights at Nether Glenny. Merlin is small but perfectly formed. Everything you need for your stay. It was also very cosy and warm. Alison had also left out a few breakfast extras and a bottle of fizz for Valentine's day which was very much appreciated. We had a delicious meal at Nick Nairns restaurant and went on one of the many good walks near Aberfoyle. There are two very friendly cats onsite who came to our door but they also offer farm tours if you are interested in meeting their highland coos.
