Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

House was nice and clean. Great location perfect for getting to open water. Frank was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Service was amazing, staff was super friendly. Host was always responsive and quick, very helpful. The place was beautiful and clean, has all the basic amenities. Beds were comfy, each room in temp controlled which is so nice. We had a minor issue with a leak in the ceiling when we first arrived, but they fixed and cleaned up immediately. The place was smaller than I pictured it from the photos, but still very comfortable. I will say that if you are tall, just know that the bedrooms are upstairs, kind of like an attic. So the ceilings are slanted and low. I bonked my head 6 times the first day and a few times after that. Still very lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything is in walking distance and the property is pristine. Lovely landscape and the hot tub in the back was private to us, so that was great! We want to thank Naomi and the staff for everything, really enjoyed it!

We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

We have done many AIRBNBS and this was what we expected. Extremely clean, and everything that was advertised. The location was perfect, and close to many local restaurants that we enjoyed. Would consider going back and would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been in the area before.

This was an awesome home for our family of 4 + dog. We felt right at home for the week! The pool was perfectly warm, and the kids had so much fun playing by the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it easily. Honestly, we hardly used the other amenities in the home because the weather was so nice, but if it rained we probably would have loved the game room too! Overall this was a great home for our family. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable, but the grocery store was just down a little footpath, allowing us to walk to get groceries as needed. Loved this!

This is a perfect place to experience Key West.

What a great find! Everything we needed was there! Quick walk to everywhere: beach, Duval street fun, restaurants and grocery store. So glad we went with this air bnb and not the hotel we normally go to. Saved so much money. Loved the privacy!

Amazing oasis from the cold up north and from the bustle of town when you need a peaceful moment by the pool. The outdoor kitchen is incredible and the boat dockage is great.

Great home for a family vacation. Enjoyed the pool and all that Marathon has to offer. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great decks and the tiki hut was a perfect place to hang out when you wanted to be outside but not in the sun. Bert was incredibly helpful and responsive.

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Roy’s home was very welcoming. We loved that it was in a quiet little gated community. Roy was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had, he was also quick to let us switch property’s to fit our household. We would really love to stay with Roy in the future.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was couldn't get any better. We brought our boat and property was perfect for that. We are already starting to plan for next year!

We stayed here for a whole week and it was very awesome everything way exceeded our standards and we cant wait to come back!

Madelyn's place was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The heated pool and mini golf were a hit with the grand kids! A great deal of thought has went into the property's landscape to insure privacy. We felt completely at home. Plenty of spaces for everyone to go off and have "alone time". Most everything there is self explanatory, however Madelyn was proactive in contact with us should we have had any questions. We are definitely considering this place in future visit to the Keys!

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

I really enjoyed this place. We have been to Key West many times over the years and this one was in the top 3. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely surroundings within the villas . And yet it was close to everything. Very walkable which in Key West is important. The villa we stayed in was comfortable and clean. We rented mopeds from the business next door and they provided free shuttle back to the airport👍

Four of us stayed here (2 adult couples), the arrangements were just right for us. The location is ideal, right at the entrance of Truman Annex and lots to do within walking distance - though everything is Key West is within walking distance! Proximity to the Green Parrot was a plus! The house was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and room for all of us to spread out. Joe was always just a text away (and we did have a few questions on arrival), and the lodging is just wheat is advertised. It was spotlessly clean. We recommend it without hesitation.

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

This place was a great stay. The room has everything you need and the hosts are amazing.I believe a family lives below but if there wasn’t a car in the driveway we wouldn’t have even noticed. The place is super clean and very well taken care of. Had everything you need. You’re about 45 min from key west as well! We had a great time and a good stay. Would recommend for anyone trying to have a good vacation!

This is the cutest little space! They have truly thought of everything. Very comfortable, quiet inside, amazing location. Will definitely stay again when back in Key West.

Literally all you need to bring are yourselves! Everything else is already here! Great location to explore the Keys. Enough space, kitchen utensils including margarita maker, and comfortable beds available. The best part is the backyard. Pool, hot tub, fishing off the canal, grill, etc. available. Manatees swam by almost daily. Gail was amazing...great communication, recommendations, and so helpful. A brief, minor issue with the pool was taken care of immediately. Will not hesitate to return!!

Excellent location in town. Nice clean home on a beautiful canal. Good for fishing. Recommend more toilet paper and front door is very hard to lock.
