Stocksund : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Staying at Nike's place was comfortable and worryless. Letting us check-in and out at a bit different hours helped a lot. The flat was spotless and it had everything we needed (we only couldn't find the hairdryer). The location was close to the city centre, next to a shopping mall with a supermarket. Would visit again :)

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Axel. Les formalités d'entrée et de sortie dans l'appartement sont claires et rapides. L'appartement dispose d'une salle de douche, d'une grande pièce avec un lit double, d'une cuisine et d'une table et à l'étage inférieur un coin canapé lit avec une télé avec Netflix et d'une suite parentale avec salle de bain derrière une très jolie verrière. Les lits sont très confortables. L'appartement est très bien situé. Le métro Karlaplan est à quelques pas de l'appartement. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Lovely apartment in a great location very close to the centre of Stockholm. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking close to the tube. It was cold outside but the apartment was nice and warm. Comfortable bed and sofa

Io e la nostra famiglia abbiamo amato soggiornare qui! l'appartamento era moderno, pulito, ben attrezzato e confortevole. La zona era tranquilla e c'erano molti negozi e supermercati vicino. Anita, è stata molto disponibile e reattiva. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci con i mezzi pubblici per Stoccolma. È stata una bella esperienza ci torneremo di sicuro, grazie per la vostra disponibilità!

Beautiful flat. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped. Clean, tidy and warm. Great location to explore the rest of the city from. Would have no hesitation in renting again.

Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse! Huset har allt man behöver, är rent och väl omhändertaget. Omgivningen är vacker, bastun en riktig höjdpunkt och allt kändes genomtänkt in i minsta detalj. Rekommenderas varmt!

Gabriel’s place is top notch in every way! The location is beautiful, the space is clean and thoughtfully set up and Gabriel was quick and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing we missed the nights we cooked. The sauna was a highlight for us, easy to use and incredibly relaxing looking out on the water. There’s an attached room that you can sit in to cool down before going outside as well which we loved, we brought wine down and books and hung out for a bit. We used the wood fired hot tub once and it was very nice but ended up preferring the ease of the sauna. This space is perfect for two people, plenty of room but you get to utilize all spaces which we loved. It was easy and fun to travel to Stockholm from there as well. Train was only about a half hour ride. Gabriel does an in person check in to show everything and there was a checkout upon departure as well. This air bnb is so dreamy and we truly hope we can return.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben es sehr sauber übernommen und die Endreinigung separat beauftragt, was bei den Göße des Hauses unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Der Kontakt zu Fredrika war ausschließlich online, immer sehr nett. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, dafür passten die 5 Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit prima. Zumindest die beiden gößeren Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist Gewohnheitsache. Komplette Ausstattung des Hauses, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Draußen ein netter kleiner Pool und ein Gasgrill. Zum gut besuchten Strand im Ort sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten, ebenso zur Bushaltestelle. Von dort kommt man in 25 Minuten ins Zentrum von Stockholm. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

Szép, rendezett szállás, minden megtalálható, amire szükség van egy szálláshelyen. A környék csendes és békés, a városközpont könnyen megközelíthető vonattal. Ajánlom mindenkinek aki Stockholmban szállna meg. :)

la maison d Oscar et de Magdalena est splendide. nous avons pu profiter de l ensemble des prestations du logement, d un extérieur parfait et splendide, la neige en plus. les explications étaient extrêmement claires et précises. si vous recherchez un logement au calme, dans un environnement féerique à 40 min de Stockholm, je recommande vivement

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Elin und Johan. Die Kommunikation war tadellos , immer schnell erreichbar und wir konnten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. Der Außen-Pool war das highlight und der Whirlpool war ebenfalls super. Die Lage perfekt ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm. Per Boot geht aber auch. Anlegestelle nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Küchengeräte soweit alle vorhanden , nur den Wasserkocher haben wir nicht gefunden , hatten aber auch den eigenen mit :-) Jeden morgen konnten wir draußen frühstücken mit Blich auf die Schären mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Wir haben uns im wunderschönen Haus von Michael und Moa sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, von wo man schnell in der Stadt ist. Der Kontakt zu Michael und Moa war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich - vielen Dank!

Salut la communauté, Ici l’espace est certes petit mais ne vous y trompez pas il est fonctionnel. très bien équipé et acceuillant. parfait pour un séjour dans la capitale suédoise. J’y étais en hiver, pour les vacances de noël, l’appart' est bien chauffé. L’hôte répond vite. tout près du métro, quartier calme. une superette pas loin. bref, au TOP.

We enjoyed our stay in Tania’s modern apartment in the basement of their family house. Parking was available on the adjacent street, 2min walk.

Un séjour très très agréable avec un appartement douillet, bien placé, très confortable pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Et cette vue magique dont on ne se lasse pas. Je recommande vraiment l appartement de Nadja et Tomas, des hôtes attentionnés que nous remercions chaleureusement. Des petites attentions à l arrivée, des conseils judicieux, de la flexibilité sur les horaires. Bref, en un mot : super ❤️

Precioso y acogedor apartamento el de Anna. Muy bien situado a pocas paradas del centro. Limpio y ordenado. Con todas las comodidades y utensilios para estar como en casa. Muchas gracias Anna por estar atenta a nosotros, por tu preciosa casa y los detalles respecto a nosotros y a nuestros hijos que has tenido. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Gracias por los juguetes para los niños. Muy recomendable.

We had a very restful stay in a beautiful setting. Maria and her husband were very relaxed, helpful hosts. We particularly appreciated bringing able to use their swim platform. The apartment is lovely, extremely well equipped, pristine & comfortable. Maria was able to help provide us with bikes which was very helpful for getting around. There was a bus service replacing trains from the station which is just under a mile away. If you don’t have a car you need to be aware that the shops are about a mile and a half away & nearest restaurant is just under a mile away. None of this was a problem for us as we enjoy walking and cycling.

Alejandro’s apartment was perfect. It was in a very beautiful and convenient location, very clean and spacious and Alejandro went out of his way to help us with a late check in. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it. Really great and hope to return. Look no further in Stockholm. It was a wonderful experience.

Jag bodde hos Stefan under 1 månad över jul å nyår. Stefan var väldigt vänlig å lät mig å min hund Hajen känna oss som hemma i hans hem. Stefan var snäll med givmilt skafferi och bekvämligheter. Stefans lägenhet är intim men ändå rymlig. Grannskapet är magiskt med allt du önskar. Kommer självklart åter
