We enjoyed our stay at Hay! House was clean and inviting , easy to find, and close to everything we needed. Chad was very helpful answering any questions we had. Will definitely be staying at Hay again when we visit Mayberry.

Absolutely refuse to go to any other air bnb. I love this home. Love the area. Love the hospitality. Very thankful she allowed me to stay another night due to car issues.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. It was rainy most our of stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor spaces that Kumi has but did appreciate the large yard for our dogs to be walked in. It was a super convenient location, close to downtown Winston-Salem and surrounding areas, and everything we wanted was within ~10 minute drive. Kumi was very quick to respond, gave clear instructions for entering the property, and even shared a dinner recommendation with us.

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway. The house is cozy and adorable. I loved the way it was decorated in mid-century modern style. It was free of clutter while still having lots of great character. It has a beautiful screened porch. The neighborhood is full of mansions, and this house overlooks a green space. Looking out most of the windows, the view was of leaves, so it felt very private and safe and peaceful. Everything I hoped for was provided (linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.). We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved staying here. The home was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to really relax by using the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed the chocolates and bottle of wine. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We liked the Host’s guidebook and went to the Greensboro Arboretum which was 10 minutes away. We had one question before we checked in and the Host got back with us very promptly. We hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect place for our visit to Winston-Salem… close to anything and everything we needed to get to, easily accessible, and with the off street parking, made loading and unloading the car a breeze. A very sweet, comfortable home. Detailed information about how to operate appliances and stocked with all you’d need. The biggest plus for our needs was the fenced in back yard for the dogs. We would love to stay again next time we pass through.

We stayed here while visiting family and couldn't have picked a better home! Our 3 sons and 2 dogs absolutely loved the space in the backyard and we appreciated the secure fence. There were several comfy dog beds and plenty of space for the kiddos to play inside during the time it rained. The home was clean and very well stocked. Cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra toiletries! All appliances were in great working order. Morgan was incredibly responsive when we had questions and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I would highly recommend to families traveling to the area! You won't be disappointed!!

Landon was a great host. Extremely proactive with information and very easy to communicate with. The home is such a cute little spot and concept. Could use a little TLC and updating but still adorable and by no means affected our enjoyment. I image fall and spring would be especially lovely.

This was my second long-term (one month) stay at Peggy and Jim's, and it was just as good as the first time! The location is great, and the apartment is always squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Their place is cozy, which makes it feel like home; and their gracious hospitality made it all the more so. I already am looking forward to my next stay!

The apartment was exactly as described on the website—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything advertised. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hosts were incredibly kind and highly responsive, quickly resolving a minor issue I encountered (I initially could not find the remote to turn on the lights). Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay. The perfect space to spend a weekend! The shower was fantastic, and the space was just so nice and simple. Will definitely stay here again!

We needed a place to crash after hiking Pilot mountain. The place was clean and spacious. Great location.

The location is SO convenient. Hospital, grocery stores, restaurants and drinks within walking distance. Cyndi is an exceptional host, thinking of all the little details that matter. The bed is super comfy, and the shower has instant hot water and great pressure. The kitchen setup is ideal for breakfast and snacks, with dinners out. This is AirBnB as it was intended- an exceptional value, homey, and comfortable.

Great place for a solid price. Definitely will keep in mind if/when I’m coming back to the area.

The place is nice, clean and private. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of stuff, you can cook fairly easily. They also have a lot of clean towels/pillows/blankets if needed. Host is very communicative, the place is great if you have a car. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone without one, you will need an uber to get anywhere. Only about a 5-7 min ride to WFU.

The Sir Drew is cozy, comfortable, and charming, quiet and safe. Well located to many Greensboro amenities, it borders on the edge of Fischer Park, a beautiful historic neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. The Host is friendly, responsive, and environmentally conscious. My stay was a longer term rental (3 weeks); I felt I was coming home after a long day out. I was quite content with my stay and would love to return.

Miranda was very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Her place was clean and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, and was in a location that was convenient to campus and the stadium.

We were very excited to stay here over the holidays. The unit was large enough for our family of 4 and within close proximity to family & things to do.. one thing that stood out the most to me was that the host offered to set up a Christmas tree so Santa could come when they found out we were traveling with children. It was a very nice/personal touch. Highly recommend.
