It was great a stay. The place was clean and had a great homey atmosphere.

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

We left some clothes in our hurry to leave and see some family. Spencer let us know immediately and gave us clear instructions on how to pick up our forgotten belongings. We even booked last minute and he was able to give me the exact distance to my grandmothers nursing home.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kristin's place, it was so cute and felt like home. My best friend and I just relaxed and had a great time playing games and talking at night. So close to the coliseum for the concert we came for. I would absolutely would stay here again and plan on it. Very clean and very responsive and friendly with communication. A great stay for sure. Thanks again!

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A great space in a busy but quiet area. Easy walking distance to so many choices. Loved the trains. None after dark or during sleep hours. Responsive and respectful hosts. We’d love to return. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some history of the cool building included in the studio and some photos of it back in the day.

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

I enjoyed my stay at Javier’s place very accommodating and was well worth the trip would recommend!!

Kenny’s place was clean, spacious, quiet and it’s in a great location. Will be back!!

Kevin and Darla were very accommodating. We wanted to extend one extra night. Luckily the space was available and Kevin added the extra night seamlessly. We brought our two doodles and the yard was safely fenced in. The floors are new and are laminate throughout which made it nice for our dogs. The beds are comfortable. Mattresses are new and memory foam. I would say a comfortable nights sleep is most important.

What a nice place to stay. Everything we expected and more. Clean and well supplied. Host’s surprise gifts were a plus. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Great place for a family or Girls/Boys getaway. Will be back.

Joe made our family of 7 feel right at home. The kids loved all the access to TVs! We loved the layout of the house with the finished space in the basement. We also appreciated how walkable the neighborhood is. We loved exploring the town and hope to be back again soon!

The home was beautiful and cozy. We didn’t bring a dog but we loved all the things that they had for dogs. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We loved the master bathroom and the master bed was so comfortable. The home had everything that my husband, my daughter and I needed to throughly enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

Worth every penny!! Never slept so good and was located in a walkable distance from parking, clubs and restaurants. Its a go to Airbnb for whoever wants to enjoy Greensboro’s nightlife without worrying about the commute

Beautiful quiet little place with first class cleanliness. Nice big TV, Wi-Fi worked great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, couldn’t ask for much more.

We had a great stay at Tiffany’s place. She was a great host and very responsive. The place was spotless! It was very well stocked, the coffee and the creamer were a great touch. There were plenty of towels which we appreciated. We could not recommend this place more! We hope to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It has everything you need for your stay and makes you feel at home. We will definitely stay at Karims place again!

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!

Miranda was very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Her place was clean and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, and was in a location that was convenient to campus and the stadium.

We have stayed multiple times at this unit which should say it all! We are also already planning to book in November 2025. We had a great stay and everything is even more beautiful than the pictures. Anytime we have had an issue it was addressed to our satisfaction. You will not be disappointed!
