We loved the cottage. It was perfect for our family of nine. Clean, comfortable, safe, pool and hot tub were super. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful location and the house was perfect for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool at the clubhouse at night. I t is so convenient to everything in Branson and having our own place was so much better than staying in a condo.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will probably return to this spot! The only negative I have to say is that this is a timeshare and at checkin they try over and over to pressure you into doing a tour and buying into the timeshare. We were not interested at all in wasting time with the tour as we knew we were not interested at all in having a timeshare but the hosts kept trying over and over to get us to commit.

We love staying at Madison’s place. Our family of 11 has plenty of room to spread out and have a good time. We really enjoy the pools and the dock where the kids and grandkids can fish. Madison is very responsive even when your questions are borderline ridiculous. I’d recommend Madison and her properties at Stormy Point.

The area is like a "Story-Book" setting, very cute place. Our three adult children and grandchild stayed with us for the week and it was a really cozy setting for all of us to "connect" again. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and eat in every day. No need to wait in lines out in town which was extremely nice when you have small children in your group! The pools are in short walking distance from the home. There's a sense of community and everyone we met was pleasant and happy to be there. Branson downtown is a few short miles away if you're wanting to go battle crowds. SDC is also just a few short miles away. Marinas are within 15 minutes if you want to rent a boat, and the boats are nice and reasonably priced. I read on other feedback that there was a push for timeshare presos and while it's true the resort is time share related, that's not why your there (unless you want it). When we got our parking passes the lady that hands them out does ask if you're interested in a presentation and they pay you for your time, but all you have to say is that you're not here for that and not interested. It's done, no big deal. Also, Madison was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. She was very timely with getting back to us and extremely easy to work with. All in all, you'll enjoy the decision of staying at this resort. The staff is friendly, area is very well maintained and it's a great opportunity to connect with friends and family!

Allison is an outstanding host. I’m a repeat customer and always pleased when I stay here. Great communication, helpful instructions and very responsive. The house is convenient to all things in Springfield, and easy to find. No detail is overlooked. Extremely clean and well appointed Airbnb. I personally appreciate the decor. It makes for a peaceful place to stay while away from home. As someone who frequently stays at Airbnb’s I strongly recommend the Sunshine cottage!

The home is beautiful and wonderfully situated near the city. The home is charming and the hostess is simply the best. Will definitely be coming again soon.

Had a great time! Dominic was very responsive to everything we needed. He went above and beyond for us. I had an accident while I was there and he even had a chair brought out so I could stroll the area and not be cooped up inside. I will definitely be going back.

Almost perfect! Just wish there were some blinds/curtains in the living room area. The oven had some leftover mess probably from previous renters, so it got pretty smoky when we tried to use it. The gas stove also didn’t work properly, but all we had to do was light it with the lighter provided to turn it on. Just a couple small issues that would make the place perfect if fixed. We absolutely loved our stay at the little shanty. Cute, comfortable and felt like home. Peaceful and yet still close to drive into Eureka Springs. The extra amenities for the fur babies was amazing! Chalea has thought of everything! The was our first trip with our pups and we all had the best time. We look forward to coming back.

The cozy little cottage is small, yet absolutely adorable. It was well suited to meet any of our needs (and then some). The babbling brook running behind it was the “icing on the cake” making this location a beautiful and perfect place for our post Christmas peaceful weekend getaway.

This is our second time renting one of these cottages. We absolutely love staying here during our weekend trips to Branson late fall. Scot & Stephanie do not miss a detail. It’s all so cozy and inviting! I also love that it’s not right in the middle of the city. But not too far of a drive into Branson! Highly recommend this for your stay!

We had a great stay and hope to be back! We had a quiet and peaceful stay which is what we were looking for. Communication was great and super quick. The property was pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the dock, on our deck in the sun, and walking on the walking trails. It was just what our family needed for our quick getaway.

Great location! Will definitely be back next year! Lots to do. Karen was responsive and easy to work with. All accommodations, pics etc were extremely accurate. Would def recommend staying here. Clean and organized.

Excellent layout for our three families with young teens. The kids loved having the lower level to themselves, especially the foosball table and games. The sofa was large enough to sleep three teens and there would be plenty of room for an air mattress if needed. The dining area had enough seating to accommodate everyone at mealtimes and the table was large enough for games. The kitchen was well stocked, there were toiletries were in each bathroom, and plenty of linens. The only slight negatives are that the upstairs is hot or the downstairs is cold - we never found a comfortable setting for both, so we warmed up the lower level and cracked windows on the top floor at night. The shared bath on the top floor is a bit tight but having two king bedrooms was nice. There is no outside area for play unless you drive to one of the grill or playground areas (our kids like to be outside). Overall, it is a great space and very well stocked. We’d stay again.

Stephanie's place was absolutely adorable and charming! It was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the creek behind the cottage. It was such a cozy and inviting space. We spent the weekend for our anniversary and we were so pleased!
