Sleeps 6 max, but very comfortable for 4 people. Approx 400 square feet. Guests are responsible for providing their own linens, pillowcases, and towels. NO dishwasher, NO oven. ONLY one burner is working. We DO NOT rent to anyone under 25 years of age, NO ANIMALS, NO SMOKING or Vaping in the apt.

Sleeps 4. A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. During peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day week) rental schedule runs Sunday-Thursday, Thursday-Sunday, or Sunday-Sunday only. Pre and Post Season dates are flexible with a 2 night minimum stay.
