Ina and Msuli and their staff were phenomenal! Can’t say enough about how great they were! Good people, great location, clean, and safe place. Right on the beach, which makes everything accessible by walking and also the private pool is a great amenity as well. When we come back to Zanzibar in the future, we will definitely bring the whole family and stay here! 5/5!

Complejo de nueva construcción, céntrico, muy cerca de la playa, equipado y limpio. El personal del Brezeer siempre atento, amable, servicial y muy profesional. Un plus; su servicio gratuito de bicicletas. Totalmente recomendable para cualquier tipo de persona. Nota general 10 sobre 10. Ha sido un placer. Hasta siempre Nico. ;)

Stare al Breeze Residence per noi è stata molto piú di una semplice vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Alessandro che pur essendo in tarda serata, ha subito provveduto ad ordinarci delle pizze e accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Durante il nostro soggiorno tutto è stato perfetto! Le camera sono magnifiche e super pulite! la location è da sogno e a due passi da una delle piú belle spiagge dell'isola, inoltre gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con cucina e frigo quindi volendo si può cucinare ( c'è un supermercato ben fornito a 5 minuti), per chi invece volesse mangiare al ristorante ce ne sono moltissimi raggiungibili a piedi anche di sera . Ma quello che ha reso il tutto indimenticabile è stata la cortesia, la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari, Nicola è una persona speciale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha organizzato delle escrusioni mozzafiato ( altamente consigliate) e aiutato con il noleggio di uno scooter. Stare al Breeze è un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti almeno una volta nella vita, noi stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno :)

This is a fantastic little gem, that is in a quite and secure area just minutes walk to the beach; just perfect for relaxation. The apartment was spacious and clean, with rustic Zanzibari touches. Great place to stay if you want to venture out and also experience the local Zanzibar culture. This was my first Airbnb stay and it more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

This is a good accommodation, clean, and as the pictures show. I recommend the house. The host is proactive and answers your questions and enquiries promptly.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Jambiani! Greg, the host, was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and responsive, making me feel right at home from the start. The two housekeepers, Dianna and another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, kept my room spotless and added thoughtful touches like flowers that made my stay extra special. The chef’s food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a true highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Jambiani for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Really great location, fairly cheap for stone town - it’s a little busy near the market but being in such a central and active location gives you a real taste of life in Zanzibar which the resorts won’t provide.

centrally located between the touristic and local residential areas. close to public transport to other parts of island. walking distance to ferry and 3 wheeler to airport.

War zum zweiten Mal dort und kann es sehr empfehlen. Super schöner, sauberer Pool, tolle Aussicht. Gründliche Reinigung, super liebe Reinigungskräfte. Greg war immer erreichbar und kann bei Bedarf gute Tipps geben! Leckeres Frühstück und gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Als Frau noch ein wichtiger Punkt: man fühlt sich sehr sicher! Es ist immer jemand vor Ort :)
