We used to have a hobby farm. We're well into our 70's and had no trouble finding the farm. This setting reminded us of that. The surrounding area where the apartment is located is extremely well kept. There is no junk laying around. At night, when it's clear, the stars are bright. We hit a cold spell in February, down to 16F, at night. There was plenty of heat available to keep us warm. We stayed one week and got a dozen eggs from Lynde's chickens. That was unexpected and a treat. We have a dog, the setting was perfect for him. Places to walk, without traffic. The apartment itself is situated above the barn area. There were two steers down below that we could watch. Pastures are close, and we saw a fresh born calf. If you like big city life and noise, this is not the place for you. If you like a quiet retreat, go forv it. Lynde and her husband Wes, were very kind, responsive and helpful but they also gave us privacy. The town is about a 15 min drive and has everything you need

Host very prompt, replied in minutes. House was great, plenty of room , very open and very clean. Private Gate / Code. Will definitely return next time we come back if it’s available. Host even had a new grill and provided charcoal for us when they found out we planned on cooking out one of our night. Unexpected but Very Thankful. Thanks, Bert Bell

The Minnow Bucket is a beautiful, cozy, and very functional spot on a beautiful Grand Lake in Eudora! Fishing right out front on the dock. This is a wonderful place to get away from all of the hustle and bustle of life, it is very relaxing, and Catherine stocked everything needed, and was very responsive! Fresh cut flowers throughout, breakfast items in the freezer and refrigerator, plenty of coffee, both a Keurig with plenty of pods, as well as a drip coffee machine if you want to bring your ground coffee. There are enough spices to not worry about getting anything, plenty of pots and pans, a fish cleaning station out back, and my favorite, the covered front patio with a couple of rocking chairs and benches for sitting around. So many extra towels, there are fishing poles, life jackets available, a washer, and a dryer. I feel like I could go on and on about all of the things available, just know that there will be everything you could need for a wonderful, relaxing trip to the lake!

The stay at precious manor was nothing short of amazing. This home was literally our home away from home. It had all the bells and whistles that was needed while being away from home. The host responded quickly and was very very nice when it came to any issues. The only thing this place needs is a washer and dryer(don't want to take dirty clothes home). Other than that Precious Manor was a great fit for me and my family. Would love to stay there every time I go back to MS.

Aura is very responsive and her place feels like you're staying with family that just wants to make sure you enjoy your stay with them.

It is always a great experience. I absolutely loved the office space with a monitor, a printer and all the amenities I needed to work remotely. Evolve was very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to booking them again in the future.
