Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Moderne Unterkunft im Tarifbereich C der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel rund um Berlin. Mit Wallbox. 100 Meter laufen und dann mit der legendären Woltersdorfer Straßenbahn ab in die Schleuse oder in die Stadt. Zum Beispiel in 30 Minuten im Szenebezirk Friedrichshain sein. Aber auch hier haben wir gute Möglichkeiten sich zu erholen. Die vielen Seen und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Fahrrad ohne Gebühren, Kaution 50 EUR, stehen bereit. The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

This spacious and light-filled family flat is modernly furnished and located in Weissensee in a very attractive residential area. It is the Weissenseer spite. Walking distance to the m12 and m2 trams plus multiple buses. Lidl is at the end of the street. There is a restaurant next door plus two others at the end of the street. INFO: This is a family home so they are personal belongings in the flat.
