Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Caroline's place. Everything was as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard garden and the absolutely amazing location. So many places to get delicious food nearby and just over the road from Sea Lanes swimming pool - perfect for a sauna and sea swim. The house is full of really cool little details and we felt perfectly at home. Would definitely recommend

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Booked for my daughters wedding weekend. Convenient location and very comfortable. Managed to share the block with other guests for the wedding too, surprised to see them as we arrived. Made this more family centric for us.

Marie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay: the apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. Easy walking to town centre, seafront, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes to Worthing station with regular trains to Brighton, London and Chichester. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Location, Location, Location - couldn't be beaten near the seafront and near lots of Hove restaurants, bars and shops. We enjoyed our stay - the flat was huge and nice and warm. It's characterful, high ceilings, huge windows and comfortable clean beds. Its a lived-in family home not your usual neutral IKEA air bnb

Logement à conseiller. Imprenable sur la mer, du lever au coucher de soleil. Grande balade à faire long de la mer. Hove est proche de Brighton mais assez écarté pour être au calme. Accès à Londres en 1 h. La pièce principale offre un beau volume, la cuisine est agréable, la décoration est très chouette. Mais attention aux lits un peu court si vous mesurez plus de 1 m80 et pesez 90 kg.

There was everything that we need. Clean and a peacefull property. Chen is responsive. It will be a great option to stay if you have a car.

Claire's place was great for our needs and had a real country feel to it! We needed to be near the International Exhibition Centre, and it was the perfect location (only 1p mins drive). Ample space, 4 bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, sitting room to chill out and chat and dining room to gather and have dinner all together. Plenty of parking space as well. Most importantly Claire was always responsive whenever we had any questions and needed help. Thank you for welcoming us to your home.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Lovely 'home' to use for a break - didn’t feel like a rental at all. Definitely recommend and was exactly as described.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

A great few days with multiple generations celebrating a big birthday. The house worked really well for our large group. Lots to do locally with great walks along the beach which is yards away.

Just the respite I was looking for - for one solo night away from my (lovely) family. Spotlessly clean, sumptuously furnished, comfy bed, great shower, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. Thank you J, I loved it. Will be back 💕 E.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

One of the best set up air bnbs we’ve stayed in. Offered set up a cot and high chair, toy box left open, charger for every phone by each bed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great for our one night stop over and happy for a later check out with no fuss.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend - quiet location but easily walkable to both the university and the sea front. Lots of choices for eating out nearby. Having 2 teens , we really appreciated all the grocery extras that Lucy provided ! Off street parking a real bonus for this area.

I stayed here with my husband for the weekend. It's a lovely flat in a great location. Fabulous view of the beach and pier. So many places to visit for shopping, eating and sightseeing and all within walking distance. The flat is cosy and has a very comfortable bed. The shower is nice and hot with good water pressure. Everything you may need for preparing food in the kitchen area is available. I did wear earplugs overnight as it was quite noisy but a super place to stay in lovely Brighton. We would definitely stay again.

Return visit to spend time with our daughter who lives in Hove. Dog friendly, two bedroom two bathroom accommodation ideal for our needs, well presented and clean. Great communication with owner. We would book again.

We had a lovely stay in Portsmouth. The accommodation was very clean and homely, easy check with a key box, parking permits provided, at an extra cost of 5.00 for a 24 hour period. Walkable to Gun Wharf and the Historic Docks, we ate out, although the kitchen was fully stocked should you wish to cook, can recommend The A Bar, round the corner, delicious food and great ambience, and for breakfasts, The Canteen, an old fort by the sea. This was a perfect location, on a nice little street, would recommend.
