We all had a lovely weekend stay, so peaceful and a great location, the 3 bedrooms and en-suites offer good spacious accommodation and well equipped with everything you need, loved the woodland and wildlife, good proximity to Oxford

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay we really enjoyed our time there. The place was immaculately clean and described accurately. Brilliant communication with the host and a great range of suggestions in terms of food and sightseeing etc.

This property is spacious and well equipped. The garden is secure for children and peaceful to sit in. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The location is ideal for exploring Severn Vale, the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds and other surrounding areas.

Great little classic cottage. Very quirky and really pretty. Ideally located to the pub opposite and walking distance to the swan pub/hotel which is great and right by the trout farm which is worth a visit. Showers are really good and the separate bothy annex is a really nice addition especially if you have geusts that cant go up the stairs very easily. Thanks again cant wait to come back. Love Bibury

We had a great stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well looked after. It felt luxurious and was a real treat for us. The girls (and us!) loved the hot tub, which was a real selling point for us. I loved the instruction manual, which had everything we needed in it and was really helpful. The owners were just around the corner for any queries and were very responsive. The adjoining Hub, also owned by Simon and Amy was handy and a nice place to grab lunch or coffee.

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in the Cotswolds! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the garden was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful spot. Lighting the fire was definitely a highlight, adding a cozy touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings!

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and clean cottage with easy access to the centre of Bourton on the Water. Check in and out was seamless. The parking was private and easy accessible with detailed instructions provided. No issues at all!

A perfect escape for two nights with our teenage daughter and springer spaniel. The cottage is gorgeous - so well appointed and very comfortable (especially the beds). Amazing power showers too. The sunny lounge and quiet and secure garden made it very relaxing. Gorgeous walks nearby and very central for key Cotswold beauty spots and attractions. We absolutely loved it and would happily return for longer! Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, great information on locally places and walks supplied. Great amenities and even provided a small gift and card after I’d mentioned the occasion for staying was my partners birthday. 2 nigjts almost wasn’t enough, would recommend anyone to stay longer and take it all in!

A really lovely cottage. Comfortable, well equiped and in a great location for the town centre. Everything in the cottage was of good quality, well cared for and exceptionally clean. Couldn't ask for more.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

A comfortable and cosy little house with lovely views out over the valley of Blockley, near lovely walks and the village centre with its delightful cafe and shop. The nice touches were appreciated - good quality linen and towels, beautifully clean throughout, a well appointed kitchen, wood for the wood stoves, local information, clear instructions, easy parking. Suitable for four fit adults. The steep narrow stairs are not suitable for infants, young children or the infirm.

Loved Little Pippins. Cosy with it's wood-burner, comfortable Superking bed, well equipped kitchen - and gorgeous views over Avening. Great location, friendly & helpful host.

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

Fairytale cottage in the Cotswolds. Anne's place exceeded our expectations. It was by far one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Every detail is well executed and thought out. Decor was simply beautiful and the cottage was very old world charm. The hilly area made for some great views and beautiful neighborhood walks. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it. We hope to come back the next time we're in the UK!

We had the most wholesome time in this cottage. Exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip in the countryside. This stay was a whole experience for us. The fireplace, DVD player, tea pot, little table in the garden where we had breakfast—everything about it was perfect. 100% recommend.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.
