The minute we walked in we felt at home - the house is beautiful and is in a great location - quiet but close to Portsmouth NH for great shopping and restaurants and close to Kittery outlets. The beds were comfortable and the layout perfect. The back yard was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. Heidi was a great communicator - warm and welcoming - like a long lost friend. We will plan another trip to Heidi's house - we loved it so much and are thankful Heidi's family is willing to share it as a home away from home for us

The bed was super cozy, the host was responsive and friendly, and the cats were adorable! I had a nice evening with the host chilling with the cats (and petting and playing with them) while watching TV, and when I stepped out for dinner I found a great place following her recommendations. The breakfast was great! The French toast was delicious, and the timing was perfect - made fresh shortly after I came downstairs, close to the time we’d discussed the day before. Check-in and check-out were simple too.

Tracey was a phenomenal host for the week of my stay. Her house is clean, has all the amenities you need, and as a host she made me feel comfortable right away. This location is central to so much of Maine and New Hampshire that your possibilities are endless. And the house itself is so unique that it totally blows away any hotel. Cannot recommend this place more!!

Great place to stay. The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated all the teas on offers. We also learned the place hosts murder mystery parties. We will be back to try them!

This is a cute bed and breakfast. Everything is victorian style (or at least that's what I think you'd call it). It is comfortable and the hosts are great. There is so much tea!! That was my favorite part. It is also located within walking distance of downtown Dover, which is nice. This particular room is a suite with two distinct rooms, which we enjoyed.

This is my second time to stay at this beautiful Victorian bed and breakfast inn. Very comfortable with a wonderful breakfast included. There was a murder mystery evening happening on Saturday night and we were able to get in on it…such a fun event…like acting out a game of Clue. I’m sure we will stay here again in the future

This was my second time staying at the Silver Fountain Inn. As usual, my bedroom was enchanting and spotless, breakfast was delish and the hosts were very welcoming. The tea selection is always so much fun to explore. I also love the monthly theme changes and the grounds of the inn are so peaceful and lovely especially during the summer months. Hope to be back soon.

The Inn is a very beautiful place with historic interior, fantastic. Laura was very service minded and the breakfast was excellent. The room was extraordinary romantic and really lovely. I highly recommend to stay here.

My husband and I came to Dover to see a show. We stayed at the Inn and it was perfect! It was easy to find in a lovely area. Our room was on the third floor. The room was handsome. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast in the dining room. I recommend this lovely inn and I thank the owners.

Pamela's Silver Fountain Inn is wonderful. Beautifully decorated and restored, the large Victoria Home was the perfect place to stay for the holidays. We highly recommend this place to others, and we will keep it on our short list of places to stay when we're back. Convenient located just minutes from downtown - walkable in nice weather. There's also a rail-trail nearby that brings you right downtown. Pamela also provided breakfast with gluten-free options. Coffe & tea were available 24/7.
