Cottage was in good location and very clean. Communication with Mark was easy and he was quick to respond. I would stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

There are certain things I look for when booking a house, fenced backyard, counter space in the kitchen, large enough dining table, and seating in the living room. This home had everything we needed for a great stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood!

Great location, super cute neighborhood. 5 minutes for less from wonders of wildlife. 2 bd, 2 bath on the main floor. The finished basement has another 2 bed, 1 bath. I could see teenagers loving the basement. Check in and check out was super easy. Communication was quick and easy!

Made same day reservations, Sarah was very responsive. Great stop for our one night stay. Fireplace was 🔥, jacuzzi was 🫧. Bed was very comfy. Place was clean and cozy. Only heard one train pass around 11pm. Highly recommend!

Excellent visit! The hosts were wonderful, kind, and accommodating! The location is a bit of a drive outside of town, but if privacy and rolling hills are your desire in the Ozarks, this is a great place! Plenty of space and everything matched the pictures. Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful, quiet, comfortable, clean & calm. Easy to locate, close to a lot of delicious food places and attractions. Great communication that was clear & positive!! The location provided quiet from everyday hustle & bustle with beautiful views off the deck. The calm of the James River was just a short walk (steps really) from the house and was just as quiet & peaceful as everything else. We will certainly keep this property on our list for when we return to the area!

As with our last stay - the accommodations were exceptional, and the service from the Hosts was outstanding...this will be the only place we'll ever consider staying while visiting our family in the area!! Nice house in a good area that is close to gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great views of sunset at night from the front porch. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. We would recommend staying here if you are in town!
