Staying at Jim’s property was an absolute delight. There are plenty of things that stand out as memorable from our short trip to the region, but simply taking in the breathtaking views over a cup of coffee, or watching the sunset out over the sea for sure stand out as highlights from the entire trip. Jim was an excellent communicator, and was very proficient in English. We booked one of his “Fjord Safaris,” and had a wonderful time taking in the scenery, while learning about the history of the area. I would absolutely recommend booking this accommodation. Do keep in mind, the location of the property is somewhat isolated - I would recommend having access to a vehicle ease of transportation.

Øystein ist ein super Gastgeber, keine Frage blieb lange unbeantwortet und generell eine spitzen Kommunikation, auch in deutsch. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in seiner tollen Villa, ich vermisse diesen grandiosen Ausblick aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich. Daumen hoch Øystein, das war Klasse bei dir, Danke dafür..!!

This was a great space, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and great location. Only thing to know is if you choose to stay in the loft you need to come down stairs and back in through the apartment door to get to the bathroom. Highly recommended place!

the most beautiful place we had ever stayed in! stunning location, superb decor, fantastic utilities and the hot tub was incredible. the view was second to none. we stayed for two nights but felt we had been there for weeks, we were so relaxed by the end of our stay! Jim and Line were so friendly and helpful too.

The fjordhouse is a lovely old house from where it's great to explore the surrounding area. The house has all you need and is furnished in a really nice way 😃

Meget sød familie! Jeg var i Stavanger i forbindelse med en koncert. Jeg kunne hente nøglen allerede kl 10.20 om formiddagen og stille mine ting. Jeg kom tilbage ved 23-tiden, hvor der stod varm kakao og vafler til mig, da det havde regnet hele dagen. Bjarte og Maria kørte mig til toget da jeg skulle hjem så jeg ikke behøvede at tage en bus. Meget tilfreds og vil helt sikkert komme igen hvis jeg skal til Stavanger/Sandnes!!

Our combined family of 8 had a wonderful stay at Vegard’s home. We were all comfortable with lots of space to spread out. 15 minute walk to Stavanger harbour with restaurants, shops and tours. Would highly recommend staying here!

The perfect house for a three generation family of 12. Lovely garden with very popular trampoline. Close to Stavanger centre with Godalen bathing area within walking distance. Merete always responded quickly to any queries

Angela og Bjørn var veldig hyggelig. Jeg var hos dem i tre uker pgn var jobbreise. Jeg hadde med en Førerhund som skulle levere til en bruker som bor på Ålgård og en under opplæring . De var veldig hyggelig at de ville akseptere å ha med Førerhund. I begynnelsen fikk jeg hekseskudd pgn var mykt seng. Men jeg fikk raskt hjelp av dem. Byttet rom 😀 Veldig fint utsikt og nær til sentrum.

Hessel var en hjelpsom og hyggelig vert. Huset stemte med beskrivelsen. Fin plass med flott utsikt. Her kan du virkelig finne roen.

Loved our stay so much we returned two years later for ONS. Business trip for 4-5 and made for a great base for the event, and close to the entertainment each evening while allowing us the ability to keep on top of our work and hold wrap up and 2025 planning meetings.

Magnifique weekend à Stavanger grâce à Daniel et son logement avec une vue imprenable sur les fjords. Le Airbnb était très lumineux et Daniel a su répondre à nos questions de manière très amicale.

Die Aussicht aus der Hütte war wirklich grandios und am Schönsten war die Fahrt mit dem Boot durch den Fjord. Danke dafür

Ganz tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Fjord. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Dazu der Joker-Supermarkt und Tankmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Besser geht es nicht. Rune ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der immer sofort erreichbar war und mir tolle Tipps für Wanderungen in der Nähe gegeben hat. Zwischendurch hat er auch mal Gebäck aus seinem Supermarkt vorbeigebracht und am letzten Tag hat er mir eine Bootstour mit seinem Boot angeboten und mir den Preikestolen vom Wasser aus gezeigt. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Une petite cabane simple mais avec une vue exceptionnelle. Si je retourne dans la région, j’y retournerai! Hilde était également très sympathique

The host was very helpful, made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The house had everything we needed, well located and very comfortable. Unfortunately we only stayed two nights but when I return to this area I will definitely rent the space again! :) Thank you!

veldig rent, rolig og praktisk sted for et kort opphold. Nydelig panoramautsikt over Jørpeland. Tonis sted anbefales absolutt!

Logement simple et pratique offrant une très belle vue. A noter : isolation pas très efficace avec l'appartement voisin.

The cabin is located on a small park with other cabins and camperspots. Even though this is the case, it is a very quiet and beautiful location next to the lysefjord! We have enjoyed our time here and got good tips from Hilde about hikes in the neighbourhood!
