Place was just as pictured-very cute. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and new. There are upstairs neighbors-didn’t bother us but you can hear walking around above. Just something to be aware of. We were pleased with our stay here in New Haven.

Kimberly’s place is fabulous. The location cannot be beat - you’re close to everything yet have the peace of a quiet street. The apartment is well appointed and impeccably clean. The instructions are very clear with lots of suggestions for great things to do. I hope to stay here again.

Perfect stay and great hosts!

We thought the space was comfortable and clean. We were happy to have a space to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day. I gave this Airbnb a good review mainly because the owners were nice, accommodating, quick to respond and active to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All the amenities we needed were there, including a tea kettle! Check out was simple and easy. We were grateful to leave without having to strip any beds or take out the trash. If you are sensitive to noise: there is another floor below this one and occasionally you can hear sounds coming from downstairs. The shower head is a bit weak, but got the job done. Overall good experience.

My mom and I were in Stamford this weekend to attend a high school swimming championships at Chelsea Piers - CT. We stayed two nights at Adam’s place on the eastern side of the city. The location couldn’t have been better. We were 6 minutes drive from Chelsea Piers in one direction but also from restaurants and shopping in another. Adam’s listing perfectly describes the rental and everything was fanstastic. all directions were so clear and check in was a breeze. Communication with Adam wasn’t needed during our rental due to everything was perfect. However I did alert him to our check in and check out and he responded almost immediately to ensure all was good with us. The unit was clean and well appointed. It didn’t take us long to refer to it as “home” for our weekend in CT. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I have occasion to be in Stamford. Thank you Adam for being such a terrific host!

We loved it ! It’s beautiful ! The kids had a great time . It’s clean .. the bathrooms are beautiful both of them . It’s right off the highway and we had no complaints what’s so ever ! This place is amazing to say the least, you feel right at home and safe. The space is very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and comfortable. Ryan is the best host and is a very nice person helping out with any needs and is very responsive. I would definitely recommend! Looking forward to more stays here next time I’m in the area.

We spent 10 days in this apartment and it was a great experience. Shelley was very proactive and communicated everything clearly, the apartment was easy to find with clear checkin instructions. We really liked that they had a baby bed and high chair, which made it easy to travel with a kid. The apartment was very clean and the location was great, in minutes to East Rock and the old campus. Overall, a great experience that we really enjoyed

A lovely spot to stay! Super comfortable, clean, and it is located in a safe and scenic area. If you need help with anything Mike helps immediately and is super friendly! He also sends fun messages about things happening near by; like for me, he sent a message about a Bald Eagle in the backyard. :)

Went to locate a go to place for me to reset from life’s nonsense and this was the most healing environment in a peaceful cozy house.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Miriam was a pleasure as a host. on a quiet road but immediately adjacent to the mall and other things to do. clean room, pristine bathroom, perfect instructions for check in.

Renee’s place was a nice and cozy getaway from the city, and surprisingly fit 5 people + 2 cats very comfortably! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids. The place was clean and had many of the items you would need while away from home (bathroom fully stocked). We communicated our arrival and check in was easy. Directions for the hot tub were sent also. The entire home was clean and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with everything even though we didn’t cook there. Two coffee makers, water kettle, toaster…The living room was enjoyed by all, as the TV is huge! We loved the backyard with seating, fire pit, and hot tub. The area was quiet and peaceful. The decor is very calming with some pops of color. We loved all the rooms. Beautiful closets and laundry bin provided. The washing machine and dryer were so helpful as well, with detergent available. It was easy to dispose of the trash and check out. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was clear and efficient!

Inessa was great. Very friendly and good communication. We had some questions after the first night and she got back to us right away to make sure we could find everything we needed. The location was quiet and close to our relatives we were visiting.
