A place I now stay for second time. I will for sure come back to this same place next time I go to Leamington Spa, it feels very much like home in all aspects. I can only highly recommend it.

Nice clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Easy to find with the instructions given, communication was great. Was a little smaller than expected and tv was quite small. But was a great stay in a good location. Would stay again. Thank you

Jay is an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and highly accommodating. He demonstrated great flexibility by allowing me an early check-in at no additional cost. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and I never felt rushed to check out. I highly recommend Jay; he is truly outstanding, and his home is both stunning and impeccably clean.

Thanks to Ash for accommodating us as we booked that afternoon. Great location for stroud, easy parking and easy to find (other side of the road from Waitrose if you want to cook as we did). Simple Instructions for everything in the flat, heating, tv etc. Great kitchen and breakfast area and comfy lounge. Would recommend highly, thanks for having us.

Gorgeous little annexe. Home from home, with lots of lovely personal touches. Very comfy bed, nice hot shower, perfect little kitchen with all the basics you need for a comfy stay. Adderbury, the village itself is so beautiful, plenty of countryside walks just a step away, and plenty of choice with lovely local pubs on your doorstep. We will be back. High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

We had a great stay. The flat was incredible - convenient location, great furnishings, great design. Absolutely loved it. One of the bedrooms had enough room for me to set up the travel cot we brought, and the ground floor location made getting in and out really easy. Parking was great and the instructions for the permit were really easy. Overall, we’d definitely book again!

We loved our 11 day stay at The Summerhouse (during extended house move). We couldn’t have wished a more thoughtfully equipped and restful haven. We were made welcome on site by John and the sun even smiled on us the whole time!

The Loft in Stow-On-The-Wold is the perfect little Cotswolds getaway! The accommodation is in a great location right amongst everything you need but also still private. The place itself is very clean and welcoming and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Amanda is very friendly and communicative, she gives you all the details you need in preparation for arrival and makes sure you are okay throughout your stay! Highly recommended and would love to return again!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay, great location being able to walk to pubs through the countryside and also near to Oxford. The space was nice and clean when we arrived, there were 4 of use staying for the weekend and felt like we had plenty of space for our things. The hosts were lovely with quick responses to our questions, would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊

Great host, location and flat. Only negative was heating wasn’t working which meant bathroom was very cold. However there were plenty of heaters around the rest of the house so more than made up and we were never cold otherwise. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook a few meals. The location was perfect—peaceful but still close to shops and restaurants. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back

A lovely, clean and spacious place. Felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and I loved all the windows letting the natural light in. The apartment is exactly as described and very easy to find with thorough instructions.

Ricks place was very nice & clean. With loads of thing to help with your stay. Beds very comfy & the children liked that there was cereal in the morning with milk. We had been out all day visiting family, was really nice to come back & just have a cup of tea without thinking we needed to go to a shop first. Thank you for being a great host. We will come back again. 😊
