This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this was a wonderful stay , we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the peace here. hot tub does take a while to heat up but other than that we would be happy to stay again. would definitely recommend it to people x

Really loved staying here! Felt like I was at home. Really well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was amazing, really hot and clean! The garden was beautiful for our dogs! The walk to Upton was really nice, about 1.5 miles through the fields! Easy to find. The pub at the end of the road is cute and had live music on! The beds were very comfy! Thank you so much for having us! ❤️

Lovely cottage, has everything you need. Popped into the hub for some snacks and Simon was serving, he was really helpful, even booked us a table at the local pub. Overall a lovely stay and well worth the price paid.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful home, stunning views!! Very well equipped had everything we needed. Loved the games area and the hot tub was a nice extra touch. Beds were amazing, the pillows were lush!! Us 6 girls had the best time!!! Thankyou, we will definitely stay again!!!!

We had a great weekend at Millstone cottage , a lovely place spotlessly clean ,warm , everything we needed was provided by Jill. The location is idyllic by the river and so peaceful ,the hot tub is a bonus. We will definitely book again and highly recommend this place to others.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah & Mark’s place to celebrate my birthday. A perfect little retreat if you are looking for a bit of rest & relaxation, as well as some beautiful walks and surroundings. The house was wonderful and we loved using the hot tub after some great nearby walks. Sarah was such a great host, super helpful and welcoming, we highly recommend.

The cottage and the host were delightful. We very much enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be returning.

we had a lovely week at Perry Orchard. The house was warm, clean and had everything we needed. Linda met us after check in to make sure we were ok. The area is very quiet but we were able to reach all of the places we wanted to visit easily. The garden area is secure for pets and children. Highly recommend.

Stunning accommodation in a quiet Hamlet. Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds as well as Cheltenham.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Deer View Cottage in Blockley. Firstly, the location is perfect just a short walk form the centre of the beautiful village of Blockley and the cottage in a row of terraced houses is exactly as described and in the pictures, in keeping with the surroundings. Despite arriving in the evening, entering the cottage was easy thanks to the clear instructions given by the hosts and on entering the cosiness of the cottage quickly became apparent. Furnishings were good quality and in great condition and added to the ambience ensuring I felt very comfortable and able to relax shortly after arrival. The hosts have thought of everything that may be required during your stay with a full range of utensils and appliances (including cleaning products) in the beautifully laid out kitchen on the lower floor and towels and bedding already provided meaning you needn't bring your own. Only warning would be the narrow staircase but perfect for a cosy getaway cottage.

Gorgeous cottage! Actually really spacious for two couples and a dog. Nice and quiet and lovely neighbours. Believe we made the most of our stay by just simply enjoying being there!

We love the location and the cuteness of the cottage; feels rural, but via a lush public footpath Stratford down town is walkable in less than 30 min. Spacious private parking. The host, Jane is very attentive and welcomes your furry friend with a soft and warm dog bed. The cottage feels homely and despite its compact size, still spacious for a couple and dog. In winter it's well heated and the wood burner is a cozy bonus. The Shottery feels like a small fairytale village.

Beautiful little bolt hole and great base for spending time in the Cotswolds. Lots of character, all the amenities you need and the most gorgeous log burner for cold nights in February. Judy was the best host, can’t recommend enough. Thank you we will most definitely be returning

Accommodation was spot on, ideal for our small group and the dog. Parking was also fine, was concerned at first as it was on street parking in he village but when we arrived there was plenty of space for us. Used the cottage as a base so didn't explore the immediate area that much but did wander round the village with the dog and it had a lovely feel to it. All in all, suited all of us for our weekend break.

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

An incredible stay over Christmas with my family. Ann made so much effort with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, wreath and decorations throughout. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need! Ann & Pete were super friendly and very responsive! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us. We immediately felt at home and wish we could stay longer.

We had the most wholesome time in this cottage. Exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip in the countryside. This stay was a whole experience for us. The fireplace, DVD player, tea pot, little table in the garden where we had breakfast—everything about it was perfect. 100% recommend.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

Cosy cottage. Kids loved the wood and the fields with sheep. Close to very nice restaurants ( car drive). Thank you for a nice stay!

Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Very quiet location with lots of birdsong in the garden. We visited several sites from Bath to Kenilworth Castle and lots in between. Hosts were close by if we needed them but allowed us complete privacy.
