Staying at Pauls place was an incredible experience. To put it plainly, anything advertised was better than expected and we were already impressed by the reviews. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and the living spaces are very generous. Everything was of a high quality and the kids are already asking when we can go back. I don’t think this experience could have been bettered in any reasonable way. Everything was supplied, everything was comfortable, plenty of towels for the poolside, well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, the list seems endless. But it’s hard to overstate how you might often be content staying in a hotel or another location, but this simply exceeds that.

 Other than the initial purpose of our trip, we basically never left the pool or hot tub. The kids practically grew gills over the few days we stayed. 

 You may also be lucky enough to see the world’s friendliest (gigantic) dog pass by.

Me, my pals and our babies had such a lovely and cozy stay at Kate's farm over New Year's Eve. The barn was lovely, attractive and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for our stay, including high chairs and cots which was much appreciated! The grounds are stunning and it was lots of fun to be surrounded by horses, cows and sheep - the kiddos loved it. Kate and Ben were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us an early check-in which was very helpful indeed. We didn't get a chance to swim in the natural pool because it was positively freeeezing out, but we plan on coming back in the summer and trying it out. Thanks so much for your hospitality, and hope to see you again soon!

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

This place is the reason why I like Airbnb. Lucy’s place is a gem that you wouldn’t normally get access to. The place itself is cosy, stylish, and welcoming. And we loved walking the grounds, visiting the local pub and meeting the Alpacas. A 10/10 weekend.

Lovely cosy cottage with enclosed garden which the dog loved. Clean and tidy with luxurious toiletries. Friendly hosts that go above and beyond expectations

The pool house was beautiful, Marlie was a Great host. Place was spotless , hot tub was clean and hot with no curfew. Didn’t use the pool but looked lovely. All Very private and not overlooked at all. Plenty of local restaurants near by. Would love to return and have recommended to friends / family already.
