Great weekend in Oxford spent at this lovely little flat. A quiet location ideally located for a stroll into Oxford and plenty of life within a short walk. Our host was fantastic and we would certainly return.

Lovely place to stay, very inspiring, great creative decor in a really nice town with great walks and lots of choice of cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Very cosy with the wood burner going and watching a film on the big screen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vert pleasant and peaceful stay at a very nice location with extremely friendly and helpful host who also kept themselves to themselves. Would definately recommend and hope to stay there again

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable, with everything you could need. The area seems nice and safe, walkable to city centre/train station and a quick bus ride to the university. It's worth being aware that you can clearly hear the people in the upstairs flat (footsteps, phone alerts etc) but I sleep with headphones in so not too much of a problem for me.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Penny’s as a base to attend a wedding nearby. It is very quiet, down a little country lane so it is totally silent with no road noise - we slept soundly! The unit was very clean with a large comfortable bed with lovely linen. Penny had kindly stocked the kitchen with bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, tea & coffee. It was so handy to have the fridge and microwave so we could cater some of our own meals rather than venturing out. She also provides a really useful guide on the local area with recommendations of things to do, restaurants etc. We did a lovely walk (not very far - probably a couple of miles) as there is a public footpath right opposite the entrance gate and were lucky enough to spot lots of grazing deers - a highlight!

A really enjoyable stay in an amazingly quiet location. The gardens are amazing as were the views over the countryside

I can’t recommend this place enough. Beautiful surroundings, cosy atmosphere inside the house, and a very kind host. If you want a peaceful and calm weekend in the countryside (and just 10 mins drive to the ‘Downton Abbey’ village of Bampton), this is the place! If you are an artist, you’ll find inspiration too. Sandra responded quickly to my request. Andrew came out to greet me although it was late and dark. The annex is a lovely place to stay, wonderful views and peaceful. It was spotless and well equipped. Ideal for a overnight stay or longer for local walking. Thank you.

Dee was a great host and very easy to communicate with, warm and accommodating. The garden apartment is a delight and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 1 night but could have happily stayed for longer. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchenette. There were lots of little things in case you needed them - including a hot water bottle, torch, phone charger etc. The heating was easy to use and the apartment was warm and snug. It's difficult to describe but the atmosphere of the apartment was very welcoming and relaxing - it had a nice vibe.

Lovely property. Really easy to find and with good instructions and only a short walk (or even shorter taxi ride) from the centre of Stratford. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous family space!! Lovely base for our half term in Birmingham. Anna met us immediately for check-in and showed us the ropes. Large bedrooms, lovely bathroom, bath and shower, comfortable living space and beautiful garden for the summer. Secure driveway for vehicle parking. We used Uber to explore the city center activities, they arrive immediately. Lovely takeaways for delivery once the kids were in bed. Fantastic AirBnB and lovely host.

A lovely little place which is perfect for dogs. The area had a secure garden, a log burner and plenty of space. The location was ideal for lovely dog walks and the nearest town had lots of lovely country pubs with amazing food.

Second stay here Excellent location and although small it was perfectly organised and well equipped for a couple of nights. Loved the outside space Great weather was a bonus!

Beautiful and peaceful annex located in the Cotswold town of Chipping Camden. Immaculately cleans with lots of amenities and private parked. We enjoyed our stay very much and walks around the local area. Many thanks to our hosts Dale and Mac.

I've stayed at Andy and Rachel's place many times now, for work and leisure. I/we love it. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Homely and comfortable space, thoughtfully equipped. Warm and considerate hosts. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Looking forward to heading back there already!

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

An absolute gem of a place and one of our favourite Airbnbs ever. The garden alone was worth every penny and the hosts made us feel welcome via communications before / during. Absolutely deserves all five out of five stars and will definitely be back when staying in the area again. thanks so much!

What a great place to stay if visiting Worcester/Malvern, owned by lovely, generous hosts. Spacious and comfortable studio with a compact, spotless bathroom. Very well equipped with everything one might need for ashort stay. Neat little kitchen area with microwave, kettle, egg boiler/poacher. Understandably there is no hob, because the kitchen is in the room. However, there are plenty of pubs in the area and an excellent breakfast is provided by Vicky And Ben. I will come back when I next come to work in Worcester 😀🙏

Es la segunda vez que alojo en el anexo de Carina y David, y si hay disponibilidad trataré de ir cuando vaya a Rugby. Es una familia encantadora y tiene una casa preciosa. El anexo es tal y como se describe. El jardín es enorme y bien cuidado y tiene acceso casi directo a una reserva natural donde se puede dar un buen paseo. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento de cómo se portan conmigo. Gracias Carina y David. Nos vemos en unos meses.

We have stayed here before and returned because Penney's place is perfect for when we visit family and friends in Rugby. It's really clean, cosy, well appointed and conveniently located near to the town centre. Penny is really helpful and communicative and we'll be back again soon. Many thanks

I very much enjoyed staring at Christopher’s. It’s a peaceful spot in the garden down a long drive away from the road. Christopher was a very friendly and responsive host. The place was very clean and comfortable. More spacious than I was expecting with its separated rooms. There’s convenient access to laundry facilities too. And easy access to Oxford by bus or mid-length walk. I would happily stay here again!

It locates in summer town, very easy to reach by bus from Oxford city center. Th e room has everything we need. The facilities are easy to handle. The surroundings are quiet, nice but not far from the business area of the summer town. We had a good time there.

My stay at Caroline’s in Slad Valley was perfect! Surrounding area is stunning, and so quiet. An array of wildlife in the field behind the barn. Just what I wanted. A thoughtful welcome basket provided. Caroline and Simon provided plenty of information about surrounding villages and towns; great position for exploring. Stroud has a fabulous market on a Saturday and neighbouring Nailsworth plenty to see and do. Overall, an excellent time away, and I would stay again. Thank you for helping to make my trip memorable.
