This was the perfect spot for our family of four while visiting the city for a running event. Jon was very responsive and friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. The place is exactly s pictured, immaculately kept with practical and stylish design. Fresh flowers on the table was a lovely touch 👌 I only wish we had stayed long enough to make use of the hot tub! We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

A lovely spot right in the heart of Cheltenham. Such a lovely peaceful area and based on a tree lined street. You can easily walk to many lovely places to eat, and beautiful parks near by. We took advantage of being able to walk to the Lido, just 10 mins away on a sunny spring evening. The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable beds. It was cosy and had everything you needed making it an easy stay. Hosts are just lovely and helpful and we felt very well looked after.

Great place, tucked away, easy short walk into town. Quiet, excellent facilities, all pristine, clean & new. Well equipped. Can highly recommend the apartment & the Nepalese restaurant down the road. Hosts were excellent communicators, helpful, responsive & accommodating! Lovely stay all round. Big thanks.

What a lovely, cosy flat. Squeaky clean, really well equipped to self cater with spotless glassware and cutlery. Despite being by a main road the flat was very quiet with no traffic noise. The quirky outside space was lovely, just not warm enough to sit out yet. As I work in Cheltenham I would definately rebook this lovely apartment.

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

Jane and Bob were the perfect hosts and super friendly and welcoming in person. Instructions were clear and all communication was spot on. The space was perfect for our girls night away. We walked to the garden centre and spent a lovely sunny evening at the local pub by the canal - also very walkable. It is possible to walk along the canal via a footpath to Saul Marina where there is a cafe. The accommodation was really well thought out, clean and spacious and felt very private. There were lots of thoughtful extras like shower gels, handcreams and books and games. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thank you both. It was lovely to meet you 🙂

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

This is a lovely home, located close enough to the city centre to walk, great amenities, exceptionally clean, everything you could ask for in an Airbnb, host has brilliant commutations and is a pleasure to deal with, this place gets a big recommendation from us and won’t hesitate to return one day. High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent 1 night stay. Fiona was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We parked with ease. The apartment was spotless and a lovely place to relax in with comfy beds and handy to have 2 bathrooms for the four of us. So close to town. We’d love to come again!

We had the most wonderful stay with Pam and Paul at their beautiful home. We could not have been made more welcome by them and the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped for our stay. It is in the most peaceful countryside and has a very special vibe which helped us to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Pam and Paul couldn’t have done more to help us, going way above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and memorable as possible. We can’t recommend their farm highly enough, it is without a doubt one of the most restful and happy holidays we have ever had. We leave having made firm friends with lovely people (and pets) and will certainly be returning! 10 stars!

Syd’s place was the perfect getaway for our Ross retreat! Syd is very friendly and his place was perfectly located to town. The ground floor layout was easy to navigate and Syd has thought of all the little finishing touches that makes his place feel cosy and welcoming. Thank you Syd!

Thanks to Ash for accommodating us as we booked that afternoon. Great location for stroud, easy parking and easy to find (other side of the road from Waitrose if you want to cook as we did). Simple Instructions for everything in the flat, heating, tv etc. Great kitchen and breakfast area and comfy lounge. Would recommend highly, thanks for having us.
