wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

This is our second time staying at Jean and Beth's place and they're amazing hosts. Place was spotless and they provided great communication. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and dog! Everything was super clean and such a close walk to the beach! We had packed supplies for the house and none were needed as everything and some was provided! Dawn was super nice and great at communicating to us! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Place was just what we needed, hosts were very responsive and helped me out when I needed it . I will be definitely staying at one of there locations in the future . Thanks for everything !

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Umi and Bill were wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as described, great communication, very clear instructions, lots of recommendations, a full book layed out very clearly with sections of anything you would want to know about the area, what to do, restaurants they recommended. The unit was pristine, had everything we could have needed & then some and offered an amazing view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of Umi and Bill's properties in the future and I look forward to staying with them again!

Would love to stay here again for the summer because of the pool!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities. One concern was the comfort of the mattresses. they were very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the couch was very low and not firm.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights over Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. The house was exactly as described and we loved the location on the bay. The pool was amazing and our kids loved being able to swim at the shore in April. We also loved the game room with ping pong and mini golf. Hong was an amazing host and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely come back again in the future!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The instructions for checking in are very thorough and uncomplicated. Restaurants and other attractions are within a short walking distance as there is direct access to the boardwalk. Overall it’s a great place to stay and Kyle is a very attentive and communicative host. Thank you!

This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling with children! Not only was the condo fully stocked for cooking/cleaning, but they also provide a storage unit downstairs to keep all beach toys and anything that may have collected sand! We were very impressed by Dan’s communication (prior to arrival and during our stay). The condo is as described, but better, considering there’s an additional amenity (a rooftop) that allows you to catch a sunrise or sunset with unobstructed views! We loved the close proximity to Sunrise Park, yet nice distance from the noise of the boardwalk. We had a lovely stay, and we would absolutely recommend!

We stayed at Jen's beautiful condo for the holidays. This is a stunning condo and location. We loved it so much, we extended our stay and Jen was great about that and a flexible checkout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck enjoying magnificent sunrises. You'll have everything needed to prepare meals. I have to note how exceptionally clean the unit is. Very professionally run by Jen. Thank you for hosting us.

A beautiful and quiet week spent in brigantine. 1 block to the beach, beach cruisers for the kids to ride around on, spotless house! Would definitely recommend Brian’s place! Our family of 6 had a wonderful few days!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit! The place is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and feels like a true home away from home. Our two dogs absolutely loved the spacious yard, and it’s so convenient being just a short walk away from the beach. We spent mornings strolling by the ocean and evenings relaxing in the cozy outside area. The peaceful setting and pet-friendly atmosphere make it the perfect spot for vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat.

This was our 2nd time staying at Jessica’s place this summer. Its clean and comfy and feels like home. Only 1 block to the beach. Jessica is a wonderful communicator and would definitely rent her place again.

We were visiting Cape May for a girls' weekend, and Joe's house was the perfect size and location. Even though we visited during the off-season, there were some restaurants and attractions open, with easy & short driving from the house. We really liked the neighborhood-it was quiet and less than a block from beach access. We are already planning to return, and hopefully to Joe's house!

Glenn is a terrific host and the house was PERFECT for our group of a dozen long-time friends (in our 50s!). Spacious and roomy, comfortable with all the amenities you need. Extremely convenient to AC and the Brigantine shopping areas but tucked in a peaceful out of the way neighborhood right by the beach. We will return! Thanks again, Glenn! Joe

Always an awesome stay at Edward's properties. Properties are always as pictured and very clean. He's very quick to respond and very helpful. For those wondering about the BEACH STAIRS leading down to the beach...they HAVE BEEN REPLACED with a NEW SET OF STAIRS. Such a nice feature to walk down to the beach right from the house. Also, it's so appreciated that he accepts pets. It makes the get away so much easier to have them with us. We will always stay at Edward's properties when we visit Cape May. Thanks again! 😊🏖🌞

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house! Property is as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. The back of the property is directly on the beach…plenty of seating for our group. We had beautiful weather and our girls weekend was a success!
