Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My boyfriend and I had such a great and relaxing stay at Ingrid and Robert’s place. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us where everything was. The place was very clean and cozy. They go above and beyond by providing breakfast items, bottled water and extra toiletries. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. The hot tub at night was so relaxing with all the stars and the towels warmers were such a nice touch. It’s such a beautiful area with lots of hiking and exploring to do. We would definitely go back. Thank you Ingrid and Robert for your warm hospitality and being super hosts!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

While traveling with my teen daughter there are many things she would prefer in an airbnb. Laura's place checked every box. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of adventures. My daughter and I both have debilitating diseases and that greatly decreased our pain. We utilized the grill and appreciated the extra spices and foil in the pantry. There's also extra condiments in the fridge and just the little extra things really made the stay great. The updates are fantastic. I felt safe and the neighborhood is quiet/clean. It's surrounded by grocery and pharmacy within five minutes drive which was convenient. You can clearly see Pikes Peak from the front yard. I have spinal disease so it's hard for me to sleep away from home. There's 3 different firmness on the beds. The twins are memory foam. The queen is extra firm and the king is softer. The dryer tube was off and Laura was quick to respond so we could dry the towel. It's 28 minutes from the airport & 20 to Gardens of Gods

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

We enjoyed Tim’s beautiful spot in a wonderful neighborhood not far from all the things you’d need for your stay. Beds were very comfy and we loved that our dog was able to come and stay with us. We came to do the manitou incline and that was only 20ish minutes away so it was perfect! Thank you for having us 😊

Clearly Jacquie puts a lot of thought and effort into her listing. The communication was clear and proactive and lots of small touches, including a welcoming sign with our names on it!, showed that attention was paid to every detail. We chose this place because it was a ten minute walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. There was also a walking trail right next to the house with lots of greenery. Great stay!

Rebecca's cabin was absolutely adorable. We stayed here the night after our wedding and the area is quiet and secluded, which was perfect of a night of loud music and dancing! Rebecca was super responsive and very friendly throughout the whole trip. We would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

Cheryl and Dan were great host, they went out of their way helping us with a flat tire. Cheryl responded to all my questions and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I am very happy with the lodging for our week away from the city!!!

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay at Jacquie's farmhouse. Her attentiveness, thoroughness, helpfulness, and kindness stood out the most. The home itself is incredibly cozy and cute. I would say the only ding on it is the street parking so close to the stop sign and being so close to a main road (you can hear the traffic at night) - but even with that, I don't believe it lessens the 5-star rating. I highly recommend this house and Jacquie as a host. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Rick’s home is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home was perfect for my family and the back yard was perfect for our dog. Rick has seen to it that his guest has everything that is needed. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Terry and Tommy responded to all my requests immediately every single. Very respectful and proactive every single time. Their home is amazing with amazing views overlookimg the whole city. was able to see deer very often. I hope when I return their home is available so we can stay there again. Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.
