We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

Such a peaceful location and the highlight is the hot tub which is very private - great to relax in while watching the sunset or stargazing. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with great facilities. We enjoyed a short local walk, a trip to Sandymouth beach (lovely cafe with great views) and visited Dartmoor. Would definitely stay again!

Simply can not recommend this place enough! The area is fantastic and having the opportunity to relax in a hot tub under the stars is something everyone should experience at some point. The property is in a lovey village with everything in reach. The local food and bar scene are equally amazing with Plymouth not too far away. A lot of culture to fit in, I wish we’d stayed longer. Holls went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. And we will definitely be returning! 10/10.

Bramble Cottage was fantastic and Helen was an amazing host! On hand to welcome at arrival and happy to explain anything and everything! Hot tub was amazing and the private garden spacious and ideal for our family! Inside comfy, clean and plenty of space! Location brilliant such a short drive from so many beaches and attractions, such a fantastic place. Helen was brilliant and made us feel right at home! Fantastic break, at a fantastic place with a fantastic host! Thank you so much!

We booked a really last minute holiday and arrived within a few hours of booking. The place was absolutely beautiful and so many comfortable places to chill around the house. The location was perfect as well, just what we were after! One of the best holidays we've had as a family!

Great location for the beach. Plenty of room to spread out & relax - but also be together. Rachel was very helpful :)

Me and the family (5 adults plus 2 dogs!) stopped at this property, & it was perfect! The surroundings are beautiful & peaceful, & the wood fired hot tub really is such a luxury! Pollyanna & her family were friendly & extremely helpful. Communicating instructions prior to arrival, along with being there to welcome us, & on hand for anything needed during our stay. The property itself was spacious & had everything we needed, whilst being located a short drive away from points of interest in the area! Can not recommend this place enough, & would love to return myself one day!

Tin Can Cottage gave us the perfect glamping experience with our two dogs. Everything we needed was catered for. The airstream has been beautifully renovated and the camp provides a great outdoor space for relaxing, cooking and dining. The hot tub was appreciated after a days hiking. The directions got us there without a glitch and the check in was seamless. The space is really private and it was good to know that Matt was on hand if we needed anything.

We had three lovely nights here and we were gutted to leave. Kath made us feel welcome, leaving homemade cakes for us. The house is very well appointed, with everything you can think of needing, including some milk ready in the fridge for a cuppa. Absolutely recommend it.

Great value for a lovely quiet retreat for the weekend, easy to get around the North Cornish coast from the location. Accomodation was spotless and very comfortable, would happily stay again as it offered all we need.

A private little haven, but close to town to not be a hassle to go to the shops.Dog friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Will def go back.

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. We had the nicest time! The house is sweet and has everything you need, Sarah was so friendly and helpful, Reggie the dog is our new best friend. Just a lovely spot, fab pub round the corner, a nice walk down to the village (got a lift back up!). The rooks were a bit noisy but can't be mad at nature? 10/10 would recommend.

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Lovely accommodation perfect for a family stay. We had kid + parents upstairs and grand parents downstairs which worked great! Lovely indoor and outdoor space with plenty of sun traps.

Lovely setting - very peaceful and private - peacocks, geese and a cat were there to greet us most days. Stephen was a great host and explained everything clearly and was very helpful. The place was compact but had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as described and very clean. Asda Express within walking distance. Great location for accessing other parts of Cornwall - we ventured to Perranporth/Newquay which was around 40 mins. Also Tintagel Castle was around 25 mins. We would stay again. Thank you.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

The view from the lodge was exceptional..... The lodge was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The heating was very good and was easy to operate and responsive. It benefits from a very large balcony with ample room for a 6 person table with chairs (supplied) and there was even a hot tub (although not working in March) The site was slightly awkward for those that are less able to walk up and down slopes as it is on a hill. Although it is beneficial not being able to park outside of the lodges, arriving and leaving with all of your belongings is slightly difficult. Luckily for us it was dry. There are trolleys that can be borrowed to do this but the width and steepness of the paths did make it difficult for the less mobile. I would definitely stay again.

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.
