Jan was the perfect host! Greeted us when we arrived and had laid on bread, milk , cereal etc for us to have breakfast if we arrived late. Very flexible on checking in and leaving and although we were left in private Jan was always available if we needed anything. Will definitely stay with Jan again!

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

Nicola was a fantastic host, the property is absolutely gorgeous and definitely looks like the pictures. This was such a lovely property in a gorgeous area of the country. Nicola was a helpful, responsive host and couldn’t do more to help us and make our stay as easy as possible. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending Nicola to anybody who comes to Woolacombe. The property is right near the beach, has outside space for wetsuits to be cleaned and dried, there are recommendations from the host for places to eat and things to do (Sri Lankan curry on the beach was an excellent recommendation) and the property itself had plenty of parking. It was quiet and away from the business of the beach, but took less than 5 minutes to walk there. Thank you so much Nicola & family , we really loved our stay!

Absolutely great place to stay, everything you need and great location for getting about , Great hosts in Kerry and Chris friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return , wish l had booked longer. Steam trains go past fabulous sight .

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

A great place (well equipped and much more spacious than it first looks) and the location is fantastic - just 2 mins walk from the pub and beach. I'd highly recommend it for a stay any time of the year.

Nice big house. We were a team of 4 people working in the local area so it served us well however could have done with a bigger bathroom but that is just preference. Kitchen could do with a few more things for when feeding a bigger group of people (i.e. larger salad bowl, bigger chopping boards, bigger frying pan etc). All in all it was great for what we needed it for. Thank you.

A fantastic stay with friends celebrating new year, couldn’t recommend this place more. The house was amazing, a very cozy living room with plenty of board games and comfy sofas! The balcony had a gorgeous view and we were lucky enough to be able to see the l new year fireworks which was a brilliant surprise. Jen was a great host, great communication! Thank you so much!

A relatively new house tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen which had plenty of extras to make preparing meals easy. Very comfy beds too. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Angie. Recommended.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

We've had a wonderful 3 days at Adrienne's. We arrived in Woolacombe around lunch time and we were able to check in straight away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, even a for a cup of coffee. The view form the balcony is stunning, the photos don't do it justice. We loved eating our evening meals by the window. The apartment is a short walk into Woolacombe and the beach. There's is mini golf, lots of places to eat, shops and bars. We would definitely choose to stay here on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. This was our third stay at Laura’s. The apartment is perfect. Walkable to the town and fistral beach. We were able to check in early. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Excellent seafront accommodation. Very well maintained and just as you see it in the pictures.

Lockyer Street is central and walkable to most locations. Nice basement flat, conveniently located. Comfortable beds. Off street parking and dog friendly were helpful for our friend when she stopped by to pick us up for touring or dinner. Would stay again. Cheers!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

This is the second time we've stayed at this place. It's such a wonderful setup, great for the dog and cozy all year round :) cannot recommend it enough :)
