Nancy’s place is great! It’s a very spacious one bedroom with lots of living space. Nancy’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and she was very responsive. Definitely would come back!

this is my second time staying with them and they were even better than before. I’m truly grateful for time and effort spent to help me when issues came up and will absolutely be back if I stay in the area again.

This apartment is amazing and in a truly spectacular location. We happened to be there at the height of fall color which was magical but the farm, the gardens, and views must be unbeatable any time of the year. Delia surprised us with a decadent assortment of vegetables from the farm, fresh eggs, local bread and apple butter, pancake mix, butter and syrup, s'more supplies, bottled water from Saratoga Springs, apples, snacks, coffee, oat milk and a tasty bottle of wine. It was by far the nicest welcome we have ever experienced and far beyond all expectations. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen sheets and soft, fluffy towels. The nods to M.S. make this already special place even more so. I am thankful to Delia for sharing this incredible place and can't wait to return again someday.

A friend and I stayed at Anita's place for a 2-day ski trip to Okemo. We were less than 15 minutes drive to Okemo, which made it very convenient, and we had a great view of the slopes from Main Street in front of the house. Anita was a spectacular communicator, and all of the directions/instructions were very clear. Even though only two of us stayed, I think that at least 6 adults could stay there comfortably, as long as they are OK sharing one bathroom. We will definitely try to stay at Anita's place any time we visit Okemo in the future!

It was the perfect place to crash and enjoy a 2 night stay for our Ski trip to Killington! Loved the Mountain View’s surrounding, just wish it was kayaking season cause the offer to use the kayaks was cool haha! The design of the bathroom in the bedroom was unique but worked fairly well. Overall enjoyed and felt comfortable during our stay. Keep the heater on high since there’s no doors the air flow is pretty big during the cold nights!

Very enjoyful stay, the host was very nice and responded quickly. Everything was nice and clean and it was a good stay.

What a delightful place and location, right on the river. And a very friendly, beautiful brown horse. Mara went the extra mile to make us welcome - Prosecco, milk and orange juice, English muffins, and so on. We were very happy to relax, read, watch a movie, and enjoy Saratoga. A great stay! A wonderful place to spend a weekend, visiting our niece at Williams and skiing. Location is very walkable to campus. And the house set up is beautiful - very comfortable place to sit and talk, cook, read, and otherwise just be together an extended family. Elizabeth communicated actively and easily, enough to know she would handle anything we needed, but not so much that it felt automatic or pro forma. Worth the price.

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Our family had a beautiful, peaceful ski/snowboard vacation at Samantha’s home. The house was exceptionally clean and Samantha was an attentive host. We’ll hopefully visit again!

We loved Topher’s place. The place looked exactly like the photos, super clean and cozy. Beds were comfy and loved the available board games. Great coffee station and appliances. Quick access to area ski, super close to Magic and Stratton Mts. Everything was really wonderful and we look forward to visiting again.

Evelyn was a fantastic host, and her home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this stay—there’s plenty to do in the area if you enjoy the outdoors, and I can’t wait to visit again!

The pictures of this place are gorgeous but seeing it in person is jaw dropping. It is such a cute cabin that has so much to do. Every-turn there was a game to play or an area to hangout in, so much so that we stayed in both nights instead of going to Snow Barn near mount snow. Not only is the upstairs so beautiful, but the bedrooms too! If you love a cabin vibe that has gorgeous decor this place is it. My friends and i came here for my 23rd birthday, so the built in bar upstairs was definitely a great add on! The hosts are also very nice and supply everything in the home that you need, I swear there was like a million blankets! During our stay there was a snowstorm and the hosts reached out first making sure that if we needed a late checkout it was okay, and also reached out to their plow guy to come as soon as he could. We were a bit nervous driving out and they made sure our safety was first rather than checking out. Great hosts and amazing house! Will be coming again, thank you!!<3

My grandson and I stayed in the upstairs cottage next to the pool. The cottage itself was well equipped. My grandson is a picky eater, so we did virtually all our meals in the cottage by means of a fridge, mini freezer and microwave. We ate out twice in nearby restaurants. The grounds of FRE are beautiful and very well maintained. There are nice walks and hikes, if you are inclined. The staff is friendly and receptive. We enjoyed the pool all but 2 days because of the weather. The outside temps were mild, the pool temp very comfortable. The nearby town of Wilmington is cute, has many shops, restaurants and a few ice cream shops we tried. We happened upon their Blueberry Festival our last day with music, food, (blueberry) drinks and face painting. A very enjoyable Vermont experience all around.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

Fantastic stay at Caitlyn’s place. Unit matched the listing and we loved the beautiful fireplace and walk to the slopes. Caitlyn was incredibly helpful offering advice throughout our stay and we’re already talking about coming back next year!

Our second year staying here and making wonderful family memories. The condo was clean and cozy. Gorgeous view of the mountain and easy ski in/ski out. Everything you need is stocked and ready. We look forward to rebooking for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 3 kids! The second bedroom was perfect with the trundle and the bunk beds. The condo was well maintained and exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tubs were great after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the close walk to the lifts at Stratton as well as the walk to the village. Would highly recommend!

Everything in the posting is as advertised! Went with a group of 9 people, plenty of sleeping space and had a pull out couch if needed! Can’t beat the location to Okemo, only an 8 minute drive! Would recommend this to family or friends.

We really appreciated this fun city refuge on a recent visit to North Adams and Mass MoCA. We have been coming to the area for many years, and I wish there were more places to stay like this in North Adams, especially that are dog-friendly. We had a great time: aside from being beautifully renovated and charming with lots of artistic decor, the apartment was clean, cozy, and super convenient being right in the heart of downtown. You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the MassMoCA museum, and stores to buy provisions nearby such as CVS and Big Y. Kristy was very helpful when we had questions, and we felt lucky to have found such a clean and convenient place to stay in the area. It is a city stay, so we found it helpful to have eye masks as it is located on a main street with all-night street lights. We would love to return!
