Straubing-Bogen : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Werner ist ein angenehmer und gastfreundlicher Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Bequeme Betten, eine ausgezeichnete Dusche und ein geräumiges Zimmer mit allem Komfort – auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bestens geeignet.

Wir waren zwei Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für vier Erwachsene und ein Baby war die Größe der Wohnung ideal. Es wurde sogar extra ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Alles war sauber und in Küche und Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sehr praktisch: ein Edeka und Bäcker sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt ist nicht direkt um die Ecke, für uns war die Lage dennoch super, weil unsere Verwandten in der Nachbarschaft gewohnt haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist besonders an den heißeren Tagen ein Highlight. Christian ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Wir uns zu einer jeden Zeit bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

I had a good experience staying at this Airbnb. Apartment is clean. Lots of outlets to plug in devices. Host is extremely friendly and responsive. Instructions for check-in are very clear and thorough.

Sandra war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat. Sie hat mir und meiner Tochter sogar kleine Willkommensgeschenke dagelassen. Die Wohnung war tipptopp eingerichtet und sauber. Kein unnötiger Kram, dafür alles stilsicher und klug ausgewählt (Super KaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeitEN, feine Teeauswahl). Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Ausblick wunderbar. Der Skihang ist um die Ecke und der Pool ist super zum Entspannen und Planschen für Kinder. Die Anlage aus den Siebzigern hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, wir haben das Farbsystem der Wegweiser geliebt! Wir waren zum Skifahren da, aber St. Englmar ist bestimmt auch zum Wandern im Sommer schön. und einer Überraschung zum Geburtstag umsorgt hat. Das Appartment ist stilbol mit vielen liebenswerten Details eingerichtet. Es gab z.B. ansprechende Bücher über die Umgebung, Spiele und sogar Grödel für Ausflüge in den winterlichen Wald. Mehr als empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. In der Wohnung hatte man alles was man gebraucht hat, einen schönen Balkon mit toller Aussicht und eine tolle Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

Great little place which had everything you needed. Nice and clean and very close (5min) to the station without the rail noise. Very easy to get into Munich only 20mons and trains run very frequently. We had a few unexpected train delays which caused us to get in a few hours later than expected. Andreas wasn't phased by it. It was a nice surprise to have a couple of cold beers in the fridge. Very enjoyable after a long journey.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Olimme työmatkalla ja majoitus oli tähän tarkoitukseen erittäin hyvä. Makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja sängyt hyvät. Äänieristys huoneissa hyvä. Kohteessa hyvä, ja neljälle hengelle iso oleskelutila. Emme käyttäneet keittiötä, mutta se vaikutti hyvin varustellulta. Kohde oli siisti ja muutenkin viihtyisä. Kulku kohteeseen tapahtui applikaation avulla ja se toimi kohdallamme hyvin. Alue on rauhallinen, mutta aivan lähellä ei ole juuri palveluita. Bussipysäkki on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, joten liikkuminen oli melko helppoa.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, da die Adresse der Unterkunft nicht mit der in Airbnb übereinstimmt. Wir haben dann über Google Maps hingefunden. Sonst war wirklich alles top!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig . Karin kümmert sich sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat.Alles in Allem , wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Ihr.

Mooi huis, rustig gelegen op een fraaie locatie. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig mocht hebben en meer. Aanrader!

Ons verblijf in huis WaldNur was werkelijk fantastisch! Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd met een fles champagne, wat een geweldige start van onze vakantie was. Zelfs onze hond werd niet vergeten. Ze voelde zich meteen thuis dankzij haar eigen dekentje en speelgoed dat al klaar lag. Het huis zelf is perfect. Het is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en de kwaliteit van alle voorzieningen is hoog. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan details om gasten zich echt comfortabel te laten voelen. De locatie is een oase van rust met een prachtig uitzicht. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de natuur rondom het huis. We maakten mooie wandelingen in de omgeving en gingen skiën in Hochficht, wat gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Tot slot willen we Andi en Meli bedanken. Hun gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid hebben ons verblijf nog specialer gemaakt. Dit is zonder twijfel een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

O apartamento estava impecável, tudo muito limpo e organizado! ótima localização, cama confortável, utensílios de cozinha úteis, além de cafeteira, forno e fogão! A comunicação com o Alexandre foi muito boa e ficaríamos novamente!

Gemeinsam mit meiner Partnerin und meiner Tochter hatte ich trotz bescheidenen Wetters ein tolles Wochenende in Sandra‘s Wohnung- gerne wieder!

Es war alles wie beschrieben und von mir erwartet.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist fußläufig perfekt zu erreichen, das Auto steht in dem Parkhaus, welches 1 Minute entfernt liegt und für das Frühstück gibt es incl. leckerer Brötchen alles im Supermarkt, der im Erdgeschoß liegt. Daher können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Astrid und Bernd sind so nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, dass man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt! Die Wohnung ist noch viel geräumiger als sie auf den Fotos zu sein scheint und hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich jedem empfehlen, der eine schöne Zeit in Passau verbringen möchte!

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

This was the perfect spot for our Oktoberfest getaway! Close to public transportation and a beautiful, clean apartment. Flor was the perfect host. Would definitely recommend.
