The studio was lovely and spacious. Plenty of amenities were included to enjoy our stay such as board games, a kitchen with everything needed and plenty of firewood.

James was incredibly helpful and kind while I was searching for reservations for family. He definitely went above and beyond to try to help me. Excellent stay and a beautiful place!

The Villas were amazing. In fact the property and unit we were in were nicer than the profile pictures. Would have loved to stay longer - will be back!

Michael was a great host and the space was great. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Stayed here for Coachella 2025. We booked the studio last minute which was a lot nicer and felt bigger than the photos when we got there. Felt like a hotel room. Walked to the Coachella shuttle every day by the hotel lobby and back at night and it was super convenient. Parking is right outside your room too so was easy going to get lunch and other necessities. Nicholas was super responsive and a great host. Will highly consider coming back to this same spot next year.

We had a car and it was a great location for our ‘home base’, but may be a bit difficult if you don’t have transportation. Plenty of restaurants/groceries nearby. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub/pool due to the high winds and blowing debris. We didn’t cook while we were there but the coffee maker(s) worked great. Plenty of space for us. We would stay again. (Note: it appeared they were in the middle of a few minor repairs while we were there …but nothing that impacted us).

We had an wonderful stay! Palm Springs is fantastic for a chill family vacation and dose of sunshine, but our highlight was this house. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, privacy, and a perfect backyard for hours of entertainment. We had a minor issue with some outdoor lights on the first day, but the hosts were very responsive and this was quickly remedied. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stacey’s place was a 10/10! This space was the perfect size with a cute pool in front with an umbrella, pool chairs, and a chair for inside the pool to lay out on. The inside was furnished so adorably with beautiful colors and textures in furniture. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need and more! We really enjoyed a good nights sleep in the bed - literally best bed we’ve ever slept on. So much room, and super comfy. Water pressure was great in the shower and we loved the bright orange tile with gold accents. I love the dining table in the back yard too - so many options for meals. The laundry machine & dryer came in handy and you don’t even hear the machine going because it’s attached to the outside of the house (but covered so no issues with the elements). Our friends snowbird in Palm desert every year and we definitely plan on booking Stacey’s place in the future! Thanks so much!

Place was super cool and super clean. Very much in the authentic mid-century Palm Springs vibe. Pool and beanbag type lounges were amazing. Very private. Megan is an excellent communicator and always super quick to respond.

We had a wonderful trip! The home was in a good location. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a grocery store is in walking distance. The owners were attentive and available for questions. We drove to town or took a quick uber. We walked back one evening and it was about 2 miles from the restaurant in town, but was a very safe walk. There is a great Mexican restaurant in a short walking distance from the house. We would stay again!

Perfect getaway for a mother daughter girls trip. The house was even more beautiful in person, and the yard was the perfect oasis. We never wanted to leave!! The host was helpful and friendly and we look forward to returning to this beautiful home again someday!

Amazing place for family and/or friends. Beautifully curated with a fun pool. We will stay again one day. The house is located at the end of the Palm Springs Airport runway making it kind of loud during the day but also fun to see the planes takeoff. At night the bedrooms are a sanctuary - dark and not a sound at all.

Fantastic spot right on the golf course. We loved Jessica’s tasteful decoration and nice little touches like guest robes that made our stay feel relaxed but luxurious. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with several good hikes within just a few minutes drive. Overall, we had a great time hanging out by the pool and hot tub and look forward to staying again.

Perfect place for our needs! It’s a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, nearly each of us got our own bed, and there were two big bathrooms. Very affordable and has tons of amenities! Host was very responsive, thorough, and helpful. Would stay here again!

I needed a quiet place out of the city to work from for a couple of weeks, and am glad that I settled on Jennifer's listing. The property was exactly as described, and check in was a breeze. She is a good communicator, and perfectly walked that line between being available as needed and otherwise leaving you alone. I would recommend this unit, and would stay there again. 5 stars.

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this gem during Coachella weekend! The property is nestled within a serene, guarded community with a beautiful golf course and breathtaking mountain views. The unit itself was light, airy, and perfectly appointed with two master suites that provided both ample privacy and comfort, making it ideal for sharing with friends while still enjoying personal space. Special mention to our host, Steven, who was attentive and a delight to work with throughout our stay. His prompt communication and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience and made the entire process incredibly smooth. The convenience of on-site pools was nice and allowed us to unwind during the day. Overall, it felt more like a home away from home than a hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice three bedroom condo in a golf course and tennis gated community. There are many pools and is great for families with children those without.

We really enjoyed Lee’s place & the Desert Princess complex. The condo was very clean & comfortable, well-stocked with shower products, cleaning supplies & paper products, & cookware/appliances you’d need to cook big meals. 30 second stroll to the excellent fitness centre & tennis courts. There was always a court available, & Charlie the tennis pro was great. Lots of swimming pools & hot-tubs. Nice walking trails in the complex. Short drive to a ton of supermarkets & downtown Palm Springs. The only downside was that Desert Princess is located in probably the windiest part of Greater Palm Springs. (We heard conflicting reports as to whether the number of windy days was unusual this year.) Lee was a super responsive host.

Very nice condo with comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, stocked kitchen for making meals at home, peaceful balcony, nice shower, and great overall vibe.
