Our stay w Barry was amazing! The property was as pictured, the outdoor cabana area was perfect for our family who was battling a cold and trying to stay outdoors as much as possible bc we were staying w the grandparents in the property and the fact that the master bedroom is very far from the rest of the bedrooms made it feel much more possible to keep the grandparents from getting sick. Barry and team were exceptional communicators. They even sent a nice surprise to make up for something that happened on the property that wasn’t even their fault. It was really lovely since we were there to celebrate a grandparent’s birthday. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was nice and just like the photos. Short Uber ride from downtown. Check in at the host’s office was easy and they offered late checkout at no extra charge.

Tom and Ari have a real gem as far as entertainment goes! Our family of four (with teenage twins) really enjoyed our stay! The kids had so many different things to do (inside & outside) that they rarely went on their phones. Now what parent wouldn’t want that?! Even our dog had a good time! Thanks again for making our trip to Palm Springs an enjoyable one!

Ian's home was perfect for our last minute family getaway. His home was tucked away in a very quiet residential area that backed up to the beautiful mountainside with a paved walking path and trail that we took every morning to begin our day. The home layout was plenty of space for our family of five allowing privacy in each of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of countertop space to allow for meal prep everyday along with brand new appliances with the latest features. We enjoyed coffee every morning poolside with the comfortable outdoor furniture while taking in the sun, and natural beauty. The family room was a treat with the 85 inch TV that became our own personal home theater every evening with couches you could fall asleep in. Ian was extremely response and answered any questions we had. Ian was also proactive and helped out with a few questions we had regarding the pool heater, filter.

We love the place. It is perfect for our needs/budget/timetable. Suzette was an excellent host...very accommodating of our requests. She dealt with our questions right away. The house is very well kept and has the accoutrements we enjoy. We enjoy the pool and reading along with hiking and the restaurants, however also enjoyed preparing our own meals using the kitchen and the outside gas grill. In a word, excellent!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, comfortable, and the furniture, especially the leather couch and chairs, was high quality and cozy. Having two bathrooms was a great bonus, and the value for the price was excellent. Being just 20 minutes from Palm Springs was super convenient. I get the no shoes policy since those little palm tree berries can make a mess. That said, the cleaning reminders felt a bit intense and could be more relaxed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d happily recommend this place to others!

Ricardo's place was amazing, flexible and easy check-in with an early message to let us know the place was ready, great location, helpful host with lots of info provided once inside. We would happily stay again, well worth the very reasonable price.

Great spot for the family. Pool and hot tub was wonderful and enjoyed every day. Not a far drive from the grocery store or to use door dash. Good cookware to make lunch/dinner at the house. Overall a nice, peaceful place to relax when not doing the tourist things. Thank you!

This place is a gem! Great location in La Quinta. Only a short walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. Pool was private and beautiful. Condo was clean, comfortable, and cutely decorated. Great place to stay!!

The "Welcome Bottle" of Champagne was very thoughtful, and a delicious treat as well! Parking was also very convenient. The apartment had a lot of light and the shade on the patio was welcome. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, Trader Joe's and Target. Steven responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a great stay and will come again.

Great condo in Palm Springs!! It’s in a gated neighborhood with multiple swimming pools and tennis courts. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. My girls enjoyed the arcade games, sitting outside for meals was great, and there was a swimming pool right outside the back door. Definitely recommend!!!

Jackies place is so comfortable. The main bedroom was so cozy and easy to “move into”. Lots of closets and counters space for luggage and “stuff”. I really enjoyed the kitchen with all of the appliances I needed with the added bonus of condiments, water, coffee and tea. The living room view as well as the comfy couch and big screen TV made for good evening relaxation. Prescott Preserve is right across the street with excellent walking trails and natural views as well as neighborhood walks with lots of mid century homes to admire. Jackie was always available and quick to help with any questions or requests. An excellent host. We would highly recommend Jackies place.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Brett is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. I would look no further in booking with another place in the future. We will definitely be coming back here! This is a winner! Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? Thank you Sally.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Pool house is so much more than it’s history and comfort! Beautiful plantings, a mockingbird with a repertoire beyond compare and relaxing, private outdoor spaces. Kitchen equipped with everything and , when I asked if he might have a slow cooker, it appeared instantaneously! I was encouraged to “ask for anything else, we have it” Robert and Jeffrey perfect hosts! They are almost immediately available if you have a question , but seemingly invisible when you don’t ! Street in back of house is quiet, with almost no traffic , has sidewalks along beautifully landscaped homes …perfect for walking with our pups. Ruth Hardy Park a 10 minute walk, lovely.! Yard is fenced securely for even our small dogs to be safe to wander and sniff. We never had to worry about them escaping! Just a wonderful place, hosted by gracious people! Sad to have to leave. Many thanks!

This was our second extended stay a Chris's house and once again it was great. Wonderful home and location, the house was great and just a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this house for anyone who wants a central La Quinta location. Five stars!!

The pool out front was definitely the highlight. It's beautiful to hang out there. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools which we appreciated. We had a few issues getting one of the TVs to work properly, but unplugging the apple box and plugging it back in seemed to take care of it. We needed a few things during our stay and Ken was always very responsive and friendly. I have a bad back and need a firm mattress which you don't always get, but one of the beds was just perfect for me. His place is rather close to the airport and (depending on the wind and flight path being used) we were woken some mornings starting at 5am by the planes. Having said that, I would still return to his place.

What a lovely stay the highlight is definitely the great pool and hot tub. Inside is lovely too with great fun decorations and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The hosts were so nice and welcoming and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great place, wonderful backyard and spacious home with all comforts available to use. Brandi was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole trip. Would stay again!

I am new to Airbnb, but was extremely pleased with our selection of Shamir's home for our stay in Palm Springs. The home was spacious and extremely well appointed. Five of us stayed for three nights and all felt that this home provided all the comforts of home. Shamir provided excellent instructions for checking in and followed through several times during our stay to ask if there was any further he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. His restaurant recommendation (the Rooster and Pig) was spot on! Outstanding value for the money --This would definitely be my first choice should we return to Palm Springs.

We had a dream vacation at this place. House is beautiful, clean, luxurious and well stocked with numerous amenities. The property was clean, stunning, private and well kept, with an amazing view of the mountains. Pleasant communication with Patrick. Really appreciate that Judy was waiting for us at checkin to explain everything, and was responsive, helpfull and courteous throughout the stay. Nothing to complain. Beautiful, serene, quite, and safe neighborhood.

Mark’s place was fantastic-exactly what we were hoping for! Such a cool mid-century modern vibe with a real California feel. When we arrived, the home was spotless, inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space and the heated pool. The neighborhood was peaceful and private, but close enough to downtown that our evenings were a quick easy drive or short uber. And easily walkable during the day. Mark’s home was perfect for my husband and me, and another couple. We loved every minute of our stay! And Mark was a fabulous host - very communicative and always friendly. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
