A lot of little touches that makes it convenient. The hosts have thought things out carefully. Plenty of beds which is what we needed and we played a lot of ping pong. Spotless and very nice linens. Right on 151st so a lot of things very conveniently located

Me and my boyfriend spent our one year anniversary here and it was just what we wanted, a relaxing, homey staycation! I loved all the knick knacks and games that were here. Not to mention Kathy and Bob were extremely helpful and nice.

Great place for a family to stay when in the area. Good location and lots of activities at the house for all ages.

Cole’s place is truly a cozy cottage getaway. My wife and I wanted a night away from the kids, to ourselves, to relax and unwind. The property is so peaceful and the cottage is far away from the main house. We stayed in the winter but the placement of bird houses around the cottage brought a bit of songbird ambiance to the morning. Everything was squeaky clean and the place well thought out. The close proximity to Lawrence meant lots of restaurants, coffee houses, bookstores, etc to visit. We went into Eudora also and really enjoyed the coffee house there. We hope to visit again in the summer.

Nice quiet place. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. House was very well maintained. We used it as a home base for a 4-day weekend in KC and it was perfect for our needs.

Really enjoyed my stay at this home! it was definitely a wow type of place that has so many cool modern features. The housing accommodations were all very nice and well kept. The best thing was the rooftop jacuzzi at night with the Kansas City skyline views JUST WOW! Everything on the trip was as promised and the hosts were very accommodating. Needed help with a couple things and Autumn was easy to communicate with :) Definitely recommend this place!

Great place for a good price. Host was very fast at replying and even ran some supplies out to the house for me!

We had a family wedding and needed a place to stay that was comfortable and accommodating. Our 89-year-old mom hasn’t traveled in many years and we needed to make the experience great for her. Maddelena’s home was perfect. High quality linens. An easy location. We had a wonderful weekend together.
