Conveniently located in SBMA, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The space was clean & the beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC works well and feels nice when it’s hot outside

This is our second time staying at Ms. Patricia's place and will definitely stay again in the very near future! The place was very easy to find, it is in a quiet, private location, and my kid loves the pool! It also just a few minutes drive away from All Hands (one of our fave beaches), and also about 15-20 minutes from Camayan (another favorite of ours), Ocean Adventure, and Zoobic Safari. Going to the town proper would only take less than 20 minutes so again, the location was perfect for us! Their place is always clean, complete with everything we need. Thank you Ms. Patricia for always welcoming us into you home! We will be back soon! :D

Probably the best airbnb I’ve stayed at in the Philippines (by far). We loved our stay here. My only suggestion is to renovate the washroom because it is starting to build up some mould. The bathroom was a bit outdated compared to the aesthetic of the entire unit! Still 5 stars though ❤️

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

호스트의 숙소는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 비치킁업도 사전에 안내받았기 때문에 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다 다만 골프클럽에서 식사할경우 입장료가 별도로 있다는 사실을 계산하는 시점에 알게 되서 추가비용 지출이 있었습니다 이부분은 호스트의 문제가 아미기 때문에 괜참ㅎ습니다. 참고만 하시기 바랍니다 숙소나 호스트의 응대는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!
