Very accessible! Convenient to dip in the pool at night because the water was not too cold. Place was clean, enjoyed the sala and the huge tv. The only downside was the smell of the water on every comfort rooms. But overall, we find it a good place to stay. ✨

Friendly host with a friendly caretaker. Place is clean and you can smell that the linens used are newly washed.

We had an excellent stay at The Phoenix house hosted by Jayson. Jayson is a great host, who welcomed us on arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the property and all the amenities provided. He is flexible and accommodating to his guests. We had over 20 people visit/stay at the house over the course of 2 days, and everyone had a great time. One of the best aspects of the Phoenix House and the amenities Jayson provides is all of the things that are available for his guests to do in and around the property. There were 4 bikes available to use, which was great for the kids and adults to bike around the nice area around the house. There is a basketball hoop outside the house, along with badminton racquets available to use. There is a pool table, a karaoke machine with no quiet hours (the property has plenty of space from others in the area), and a huge pool with lights. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Xenos! I haven’t been in Philippines for 15 years and I took my family there for vacation reunion and we had a blast. The place had a staff 24/7 and the staff was nice and responsive. Jaime was responsive and gave us recommendation on island boat tour which was affordable and highlight of our stay! We will def stay again

Liam’s place blew our mind away! Everyone loved the place and kept asking about it. We felt like we were staying in a hotel because we had a comfortable rest and great ambience. The tools and utensils in the kitchen were complete and extra beds and pillows were provided. Best airbnb we’ve stayed in so far! Liam has been responsive and friendly as well. Although, I would recommend that you use waze instead of google maps on your way there.

Host is responsive of all my queries. The caretaker is very friendly and attends to our needs. The villa feels like a home, it’s very spacious and clean. It’s also accessible and easy to find.

The place is beautiful and very clean. We had relaxing day and it walking distance to the beach. The host is v Proactive.All Our requests have been satisfied. Definitely will stay here in the future.

So many things to do in this house. Lots of activities and you will never get bored. nice place for fun gatherings with family and friends

The place is so nice and clean. We had a very nice time staying there with my whole family. We enjoyed the big Jengga blocks in the pit place, and we love the idea of staying in the living room. The place really made us bond more as it’s very spacious and everyone is invited to stay at the living room. The only downside though is the place. A bit far from the beach area. The host together with ate Kimmy is very helpful and accommodating. They have pabili services and can help you in your stay.

The place was beautiful and has few activities for family or kids. Peaceful and relaxing. We got lost because we used waze, better use google map! My bad I copied paste the address and did not pin Balay Angkan not recommending waze . Overall stay is perfect my dad enjoyed his birthday party. Kuya Mar is very helpful. The people are friendly and can be trusted.

We loved our stay here. The place looks bigger in person than in the pictures! Complete equipments and amenities! Housekeeper is really helpful and accomodating to our requests.

The resort itself was nice and spacious, cleanliness could have been better (restrooms) but overall good for a night's stay. I still rated it a 5 since my folks enjoyed our stay, we also did an event that was successful. Thank you
